    We don't have 24 hour reception so it would be helpful if, when reception closes, we can put a restriction / stopsell on the remaining rooms so no one can book them after hours

    We are currently adding a Restriction with the start date and end date being the same to get around this issue
    Blocking multiple rooms is also time consuming and alters management reports

    As great as Mews is, I've used 6 other PMS and this is the first one to not have a feature similar to this

    This would be extremely helpful when we have lots of different restrictions or multiple staff working across the system
    Being able to look and say "No sorry, it's a 3 night minimum because there is a popular event on in the city" is more professional than saying "Sorry it's a 3 night minimum and I don't know why"

    This is a great idea
    It will also stop endless tasks being created when reservations created within Commander are failing the automatic settlement process

    We're wasting a lot of time going into these tasks and charging the reservations manually when a card number has already been taken

    Guests are frustrated with having to add an extra step to their process (giving a card number when they've already either given one to us, or have booked before)

    It would be great if we could have the option to sort the bill order by customer instead of automatically by date

    E.g. for a large group instead of having the bill for a week's worth of stays, breakfasts and minibar being sorted by date, it would be grouped by guest

    This would be a great feature - a lot of hotels are not staffed 24 hours a day. For example my property closes at 6pm so it would be great to have an automatic stop-sell feature to stop inventory being available after certain times.
