Availability block report to include blocks details
The Availability block report (i.e. once exported to Excel) only outlines the blocks that are in place however it would be great to include further details such as how many rooms are held in each block.

Detailed Manager Report
It would be better if the manager report could be displayed with overall or detailed information. Not only the product group, but also the individual products. For example, not only Logis, but also the parking space and room upgrades.

Reporting by guest country of origin
I would like to see the ability to easily generate a report which would break down the guests' origin by country of residence. Also, integration with the French government's INSEE (Fréquentation dans les hébergements collectifs touristiques) would be great !

Accounting Report Grouped
It will be grate if you could generate in PDF, and print all the grouped reports without details (only the total of each line who are in bold).

Commission report (Onyx)
We would like to work with Onyx to process commission claims but there is no commission report in Mews that can be submitted to Onyx.
It would be nice to have a commission report that can be used to check commission and that can be submitted to Onyx.

Occupancy Dashboard
The dashboard on the home page should be expanded to select a date. Or expand the function so that you have a monthly overview. Working with the availability report is not sufficient here.

Adding Customer Metric to Mews Analytics / Reports Average Rate, Occupancy etc..
In Mews the statistics are calculated using room / beds occupied and not by customer count.
We'd like to be able to calculate all statistics in Mews reports & Analytics by customer. This could be achieved by adding a setting to use customer count.
Average rate instead of calculated occupied rooms/revenue use customers/revenue

Managers Report - Live Data
When we compare the Managers report to other reports in Mews reports & analytics & 3rd party systems that are extracting data via the API we see variances between data. We've been advised that the Managers Report is a snapshot report & does not use live data, when reservations change inside the editable window the Snapshot Managers report is not updated.
The managers report and it's format is great but we suggest having the managers report as a live report which queries the database when ran and returns true/accurate numbers that stack up to the the API output.

Accounting Report filter by items
In the Accounting Report, why it’s not possible to pre-filter by items? Sometimes we just need to check the details of certain items and if we download them all it takes ages. Also if we take a long period Excel doesn’t support the size and crashes.

Report Overview
To have a View Center from where it’s possible to download the reports from all entities at once. Right now there’s a Dashboard, but not very useful for Finance Department.

The ability to export guest data from 2 different locations.
Currently it is only possible to generate customer profiles of all customers within a chain. The option to be able to split this between the different locations should be implemented as soon as possible.

Complimentary room category
As a house use, could you please have a new category called " Complementary" on availabity/occupancy report. Today I use a special rate, and I have to go on reservation overvieww and check one by one. In your internal report, we want an occupancy rate, and Average daily rate without Complementaries rooms.

Deepen the new availability view
Hello Mewsers, I think your new availability view is great! It would be even better if you could click directly on the optional reservations and see all reservations staying or arriving in the hotel at that date.

Check in times on Past Arrival reports
I would like to print a report of arrivals from the past which shows the guests ACTUAL check in time. Any report I produce shows the general 3pm arrival time but not the actual time the check in was performed on the system.

Reservation Report - don't count cancelled rooms when not filtered on cancelled
Currently reservations that are cancelled partly are still counted full in the total room nights in the Reservations Report.
However the total rooms revenue is only confirmed and optional revenue (with filter confirmed, optional, checked in, checked out selected).
It would be more clear if the calculations are the same. In my opinion cancelled nights shouldn't be counted if not selected in the filter.

Manager report including and excluding optional rooms
Currently you can setup the Manager report with status Confirmed, Optional, Inquired. It would be great if you would be able to see the figures separately.
So two rows, one for the confirmed rooms and one for the optional rooms. As now you need two reports to get an in-depth overview.8 votesHello from the Mews product team.
