  1. Have a filter in the reservations report for "staying period".

    For example, I want to look at bookings created on 04/10/2021 that are staying between 1st November and 31st November

  2. When we compare the Managers report to other reports in Mews reports & analytics & 3rd party systems that are extracting data via the API we see variances between data. We've been advised that the Managers Report is a snapshot report & does not use live data, when reservations change inside the editable window the Snapshot Managers report is not updated.

    The managers report and it's format is great but we suggest having the managers report as a live report which queries the database when ran and returns true/accurate numbers that stack up to the the API output.

  3. it would be good if we could print an in-house guest list including mobile numbers. we use this for emergencies (i.e. fire roll call) and currently we are only able to print guest name, room number, number of occupants.

    for that same reason it would be good if we had the option to mark a guest as "requirying assistance" which would print on this report. that doesn't have to be a "disabled" person, but could be somebody with young children or difficulty walking

  4. When clicking on Occupancy, and then hovering the cursor over the various cells, there's lots of information show (which is great!)

    It shows the Average Daily Rate, but would it be possible to also have displayed what the Total Room Revenue is too? e.g. ADR $200.00 x 38 rooms = $7,600.00.

  5. We need to be able to quickly and efficiently e-mail reports to other departments, and it is too fiddly and time-consuming to export, then download, the save somewhere, then attach as an e-mail and send.

    Could it be possible to add an option to e-mail a report directly from the Exports?

  7. Currently reservations that are cancelled partly are still counted full in the total room nights in the Reservations Report.

    However the total rooms revenue is only confirmed and optional revenue (with filter confirmed, optional, checked in, checked out selected).

    It would be more clear if the calculations are the same. In my opinion cancelled nights shouldn't be counted if not selected in the filter.

  9. This idea is about extending guest segmentation in Manager Analytics.

    The North American market needs to be able to report not only by country but also by state/province/city.

    This will allow for greater insight into which markets produce and allow for more targeted marketing to a specific region.

    This takes into consideration the regional differences such as holidays.

  13. Ability to set customized reports as favorites in Manager Analytics. I find the Mews reports very difficult to use, and on my system, it takes very long to change report settings. It would be helpful if we could set reports as standard with the data data we need. Furthermore, have easier to use options to search for specific dates so we can quickly draw data for a particular period. Thank you.

  14. Hotel and Hostel chains wish to see the complete history of items the guest has purchased across the chain. Implement a dashboard where you can see the total revenue one customer has generated so we can reward our most high valued guests.

  17. A Report for linen change for all stayovers (day of arival +2+2+2+2 ... except changing day = departure day) is needed so housekeeping knows in which rooms the linen needs to be changed. (Accor standard)

  18. I would like to be able to run a report of unassigned (unblocked) rooms with date so that I can locate them quickly on the timeline. (& block them)

  19. In Mews Analytics you now have the ability to save default view. However, in the same screen some properties are using multiple views and have to change the filter settings each time. It would be good to have the ability to have multiple favorite views of reports and not just one per screen.

  20. Address in the Reservation Report should be broken down and not in one cell. It leads to the impossibility to use those data.

    My use case is as follows:

    I would like to be able to select all guests coming from specific cities/countries to be more efficient and quick when communicating (specially relevant in terms of COVID when you have a lot of cancellations coming from certain countries/cities)
