Internal classification in most used order instead of alphabetical order.
When we look in a guest profile we have the option to put a internal classification. I would like the possibility to order these on most used classifications instead of alphabetical order. This to prevent putting guest by accident on the 'blacklist'.

Add the same email address for several customer profiles
It should be possible to register the same email address for several customer profiles.

Option to choose or change guest preferred language in Commander
option to choose the language in a guest profile. Now many times the guest does not fill in the language and automatically becomes everything in english. We (as receptionist) want the possibility to do it manually

Being able to put an EMERGENCY CONTACT in the registration card
Since we are responsible of a lot of people somehow, would be nice to have the option to add an Emergency Contact in the registration card that they have to sign when they check in house. In case of incident, we can contact a family member.

Language in profile guest
There is not enough language speaking choice in the guest profile. For instance, there is no "arabic". This could be improved

Messaging function connected to customer profile
Would it be possible with the messaging function to have all the messages automatically attached to clients profile?
Example: A receptionist is chatting with an arriving customer, but finishes his shift before this client arrives, another receptionist may not know/ check the read messages. It would be easier for the staff to have all guest messages attached to their profile.

now it takes a long time to link companies to a master. as you always have to scroll (remembering where you were), click in, add master. and wait for 4, 5 sec and then go back to companies, scroll again, click in ...
instead of - better - be in the master and just add the companies

Add "custom" as a receiver for "Booker Confirmation"
When sending a "Booker confirmation" it would be great to also be able to chose a "custom" receiver and type in the email address. This is possible for the "Confirmation" but not for the "Booker Confirmation".

Notes - general improvements
Notes are a huge feature to ease booking management and get a smooth communication between shifts. We use it to clarify bills or past interactions with the guests.
Notes shouldn't be hiding 2 clicks and a scroll down away from the anywhere into MEWS. They should be easy to access, for example, when we click on a booking in the timeline : "Booking - Group - Notes" should appear. Also Notes should have its own panel within the booking, why at the very bottom ? Thanks !

Check for existing customer profile
When entering companions, new and existing customers should be able to be entered in the same field. The first field should search for existing profile and offer the option "News costumer" (as it works well in the main search field).
