  2. Actually we can OVERRIDE rates, for special days in the week.
    It would be interresting to be able to override rate for special other days, which would be indicated in Calendar Event like 'Public Holidays'
    For Exemple, if you increase or decrease your rate for special public days, an option in CALENDAR EVENT would allow the CALENDAR DATE to be 'OVERRIDE With rate'.
    When Override-ing the rates, another option then the days of the week, whouldshow you : OVVERIDE 'CALENDAR SPECIAL DATES'

  5. Sometimes guests will have rate disputes and I would like to investigate and be able to present concrete evidence. Right now I have to go to the Action Log, give it a wide time frame because I don't know when the rate was last updated, and sort by type = price adjustments, and rate = the rate that I am looking through.

    In case I am using a revenue management integration, the rates could be changed pretty frequently, and there would be a lot of information, and the report takes a while to load.

  6. Add the ability to set an MLOS rule that will reduce the MLOS applied where a short gap between two bookings is not long enough to satisfy the restriction applied to that respective Space Category. This is particularly needed for Short Term Rental operators where a Space Category has an inventory of 1. This functionality offered by Pricelabs.

  7. At the moment there are only set intervals for scheduled reports. Ability to set your own date parameters will eliminate the need to manually run reports on daily basis.

  8. Can there be an easy way to design Promotions? Similar to booking.com.

    Select stay dates.
    Select booking dates.
    Select Rate Plan.
    Select Room Types
    Set up discount.
    and run the promotion.

  9. When scheduling reports, you typically have them scheduled to send via email in the morning. This ensures that all data is accurate for the day prior.

    When scheduling Month Overview Manager Reports, you can select the date range to be from the 1st of the Month to Today 00:00 (midnight the night prior). This is great because all the data is final and cannot / should not really be adjusted.

    However, when scheduling the Year Overview Report, the only option for date range is from the 1st of the year to Tomorrow 00:00 (which is midnight tonight as opposed to…

  10. Create an option to amend the advanced purchase discount % by day or day of week. I.e. Monday - Wed 10% off and thursday - saturday 15% and sunday 20% off

  11. You should be able to see any roomnights on a "£0.00" rate from the management report. You should also be able to pull a "Zero Rate" report

  12. add a validity period for product rule.

    for example : Valentine dinner or mandatory new year'event valid only 1 day per year

  13. At the moment, the system only allows to create minimum advance by days. Sometimes we want to have a release of 6 or 12 hours not the entire day but the system doesn't give that option.
    Would be great to have this for establishment that don't have reception 24h.

  14. It is compulsory to be able to apply different rates and the same reservation for each day, otherwise it is not possible to have a correct report with the right ADR each day. I have thought that this would be possible on MEWS. I am a little suprise that this is not possible.

  16. It would be great if you can see where the checked out reservations comes from. Maybe by selected in the column to the right. It makes it easier for us to send out the bills afterwards. Now you can selected customers notes and reservations notes.

  17. As revenue managers, we sometimes need to change many dates in one go. Unfortunately, mistakes can be made that can lead to reservations with the wrong rate (a really low one).
    It surprised me to realise that MEWS did not have a way to set a minimum rate to be sent to the booking channels as SiteMinder does. We should be able to set the rate we do not want to sell cheaper than that year round. For instance, if we never sell our master rate for less than 59 Euro, it would be great that Mews would not allow…

  19. Add possibility to create restriction on number of guests .
    We have golf package for 2 persons. when only 1 golfer, price should be adjusted depending on season and type of room.

    I cannot use the empty bed option as adjustment is changing depending on seasons and room categories.

  20. Display the final value for the fully flex rate in the rate management calender instead of changing everything back to the base rate after 2 weeks. Allows us to track the ratemanagement history
