  1. I’m missing a proper script for check-in at the reception, which would make the process more structured and consistent, while ensuring that important steps are not overlooked.

    I imagine a button such as “Auto Check-In”, which would clearly guide the staff through the following steps:

    Settle or verify the guest folio if not already done

    Check and acknowledge the guest’s loyalty membership status, or invite them to join the program

    Offer upselling or room upgrades

    Generate the key

    Confirm check-in completion

    As I see it, this would ensure that all critical steps are followed and that the process is handled…

  2. Hello,

    We would like to be able to add a ''buffer period'' or preparation time between rentals, especially for hourly rentals.

    For example, if a guests rents a bike from 9 to 10am, and my buffer is 1 hour, then it will only be available to rent again from 11 am.

    This will prevent guest overlap if they are a few minutes early or late.

  3. It would be very practical to be able to make a reservation without having to specify the occupants. For example, for company seminars where some rooms remain unoccupied despite the hotel being privatised, we are obliged to add at least one adult to the booking, even if the room is empty. This complicates management and does not reflect reality.

  4. Make company owned reservations possible.
    It will allow to manage corporate clients more effectively by associating company profiles with reservations.
    Provide a comprehensive view of all bookings associated with a corporate account. As well highly useful for hotels that offer coworking spaces, where companies own a office space.

  7. It would be nice to turn around to guest journey in the booking engine, so the guest are presented for the different prices and/or packages first and then then can select which room type they would prefer.

    Adding a calendar to show prices would also be great.

  8. When you dowload an excel rooming list from a group reservation, all reservations are shown in a random order on the excel sheet, and this is not possible to change! Preferably I would like to at least have the reservations sorted by arrival date, but that is not the case right now. It would be good if the default sorting was the arrival date. Or it would be even better if you could change the sorting yourself however you like, but right now since the excel sheet is locked it is not possible. Please look into this.

  9. We found that some cancellation policy methods feel unclear to guests who book last-minute, and after reviewing the logic behind them, I can confirm that the behavior is due to a current system limitation. But it still needs to be fixed.
    One of the reservations was created on 11/5/2025 at 2:30:56 PM, and the system shows the following rules:
    • Confirmation: IDR 0.00, 50% (Standard Rate)
    • 60 days before check-in: IDR 0.00, 100% (Standard Rate)
    However, the confirmation email displays something completely different:
    • Cancellation after 11/5/2025 2:30:56 PM: fee of 50%
    • Cancellation after 9/18/2025 2:00:00 PM: fee…

  10. Idea:

    It would be extremely useful to introduce two new restriction options that control rate availability based on room count – both on the reservation level and the daily inventory level. These are different use cases but equally important for pricing strategies.

    • Reservation-based restriction: Min/Max rooms per booking What we need:

    A setting that makes a rate bookable only from X rooms or only up to X rooms within one reservation.

    Why:

    Group rates: Should appear only when a reservation contains at least 10 rooms.

    Promo / early bird / code rates: Should be limited to a small number of…

  11. Have the possibility to create a copy of an existing block reservation and just change the dates, booker, room types, price, room amount if needed. If the same company has a series of blocks we can just make a copy of the first block and change the details

  12. All governmental and municipality has EAN numbers in Denmark for billing.
    We are setting the EAN number in billing code.

  13. Can you make new "last minute" arrivals for today more visible on the arrivals list?

    • Arrivals made between yesterday 00:00 and today are not easy to see unless you check the reservation report, which is not user friendly in a fast pace environment.
    • Can they be marked in the system with a symbol or color or notification (or in any other way) for us to be notified on the day?

  14. It would be nice to be able to quickly switch the context (bookable service) from the timeline view. Often we need to quickly look up something from the timeline in another service (parking or conference room). Currently it is necessary to go to the dashboard, switch to the other service, and then access the timeline again.

  16. När vi gör ankomstlistan för nästa dag "Reservation overview report" så tar det för lång tid nu - ni har ändrad detta nyligen (ca. 10 dagar sedan)
    Vi vill INTE att det hoppar tillbaka till toppen av listan när man korrigerat en ankomst. Vi vill komma tillbaka till listan på den rad/bokstav där vi är.

  17. Seeing a marker on the timeline for reservations that are unpaid, have an open bill, or are carrying a balance would be a huge help for reservation teams. Even just a dot like Cloudbeds has.

  18. We would like to be able to create availability blocks in Mews that generally exclude certain days of the week.
    A typical example would be:

    A room is to be blocked for a company from Monday to Friday throughout the year.

    Weekends should be automatically excluded.

    The room should be automatically released again one day in advance if it has not been booked.

    Currently, it does not seem possible to create availability blocks with a recurring weekday pattern without having to manually create new blocks every week.

    It would therefore be very helpful if availability blocks were expanded to include…

  19. Sometimes you have to manually retrieve reservations via the Booking or Expedia integration. It would be great if you could specify “Retrieve all reservations created between date X and date Y” so that not all bookings are transferred again. We often have cases where changes that have already been made are no longer there when the booking is transferred again. Usually, you know on which day there was a glitch, and you would only have to retrieve the reservations that were created on that day.

  20. It would be great if you could specify not only your preferred space features, but also your preferred floor. We generally allocate rooms from top to bottom, but we have a few guests who prefer to stay on the ground floor because they don't use the elevator, so that would be very convenient.
