Restricted rate layout on Reservations page
After the recent update, the Reservation page feels more cluttered when displaying restricted rates. Previously, only the text “Restricted” was shown, which made it clear and easy to distinguish these rates.
Now that both the price and the “Restricted” label are displayed, it’s less clear. We would prefer the previous layout, as it was cleaner and easier to work with.

Get notified when a booking is cancelled
It would be nice to get some sort of notification when a booking is cancelled. That way it is possible for us to know if we suddenly have a room avaliable, when we know other guestst wish to stay with us, and we can inform them.

Hide private rates when modifying the rate plan within an existing reservation
Hide private rates when modifying the rate plan within an existing reservation - why do we have private rates that require a voucher to book if the front desk can choose ANY rate (private or public) within the existing reservation screen under Pricing tab? Defeats the purpose and allows the Front Desk to modify to choose rates that should not be bookable.
Product team - can you at least allow us to restrict this by access?

Reservation bulk update
Being able to bulk update reservations in the future when a price of a product changed. When a price of a product change we have to cancel the product reservation by reservation and add it again. It's not convenient at all. It would be nice to be able to update lot's of reservations at the same time.

Reservations Overview
Hello,
There need to be a Overview function, a function where all reservations shows up in a detailed list which where you can filter directly on the overview either on name A-Ö, ratecodes, floor in the hotel or roomtype just as some examples.ex. Click with mouse on name+ enter and all reservations shows in order from letter A, click on a specific rate + enter and all reservations booked with that rate shows in order from the top, click on a name ex. Move multiple reservations altogether on the timeline
Bulk select multiple reservations in a group and move them altogether in one movement from one series of spaces to another. At this stage, we have to individually select each reservation to change the space, which can take time for large groups.

Auto cancellation when same day reservation (made after 4pm) does not complete payment link
When a booking is made after 4pm for the same day, a payment link is automatically sent to the booker to request payment in full for this confirmed reservation. This link is valid for 15 minutes. If the booker does not complete payment, the reservation should be automatically cancelled.

Registeration card only for the owner
It would be great to be able to print a registration card only for the owner. If the reservation is at least for two people and there are already their names the printer automatically prints registration cards for both guests. This is a waste of paper and useless. Is there any update coming soon?

Stornierungsgrund
Bitte fügt als zusätzlichen Stornierungsgrund "Krankheit" hinzu. Dies ist der meist genannte Grund für eine Stornierung. Wenn ich "Sonstiges" auswähle und dann als Detail "Krankheit" eingebe, wird auf der Rechnung mit den Stornogebühren als Grund "Sonstiges" angezeigt. Wenn der Gast diese Rechnung seiner Versicherung einreicht für die Rückerstattung, ist diese Formulierung sehr unglücklich, dort müsste zwingend "Krankheit" stehen. Covid-19 als Grund könnt ihr gerne entfernen, diesen Grund brauchen wir zum Glück schon länger nicht mehr.

Wish for improved color contrast for "Check-out Today" vs. "Check-in Today

We would like to request a minor adjustment to the color coding on our reservation timeline to improve our daily workflow and reduce manual errors.
The Issue:
Currently, both "Check-out Today" and "Check-in Today" use a very similar shade of blue. When the booking department and reception team is assisting guests with stay extensions or late check-out requests, it is difficult to distinguish between a guest who is due to depart today and the guest who is to arrive when looking at the same room to checkin and out of. reservation report date range
Remove the current 1-year limit on the Reservation Report date range, allowing users to run reports across longer periods. This functionality was available in the old report and is needed to support more flexible historical and future analysis and reporting

Be able to change the customer without have it add them as an additional guest first
You should be able to change the customer on a reservation without first having to add them as a companion. The current process creates an unnecessary and inefficient workflow.
For example, if a booker initially makes a reservation under Joe Smith but later wants to change the guest name to Jane Doe, the hotel reservations agent must:
1. Change the reservation to two guests
2. Add Jane Doe as a companion
3. Assign Jane Doe as the primary guest
4. Remove Joe Smith from the reservation

Button to update check-in time to ActualStartUtc
Cutting a key after manually checking in a reservation before this reservation's scheduled arrival time retains scheduled arrival time rather than actual, which is good in case one wants to hand over the key but not give access to the room before official time (f.ex. if guest has declined to pay early check-in fee). If one wants to grant early check-in nonetheless, or a fee has been agreed, it would be good if there was a button for staff to confirm that key creation must substitute ActualStartUtc for ScheduledStartUtc

Show Payment Status when you click on the 'Details' tab
It was previously possible to see the payment status when clicking on the 'Details' tab while checking the reservations report. It would save time as it would not be necessary to open the reservation via 'Manage' which then defaults to the beginning of the report.

Automatic Reservation Notes Based on Travel Agency or Company
We would like Mews to support predefined notes at the travel agency and company level. These notes would be automatically added to reservations linked to the corresponding agency or company.
While company mappings and automated billing rules are already available, automatic reservation notes would provide clear operational instructions to front desk teams, helping them quickly identify specific procedures and invoicing requirements for each booking.

KIOSK
It would be great if Mews Kiosk allowed guests to complete a pre-check-in, so hotels could collect all the required guest information even if the room is not yet ready.
This would allow the reception team to complete the pre-check-in process in advance, and then simply hand over the room keys once the room has been cleaned and is ready for occupancy.

Mandatory e-mail field
I would like to have the opportunity to configure profile fields as mandatory or optional. For example, for us it is very important to ensure that all guests that check-in have a valid, non-OTA e-mail address.
E-mail address is currently an optional field. we would like to have the ability to make it mandatory.
