Create a Reservation with Product Bug
If you add a new reservation with a product . Firstly i add it with the Drop Down Product. Then mews adds the product price to the room rate in the editable field and below in the grey total amount. when i now edit the room rate it shows a second field with adtional product but my added product isnt shown the new rate is added with the local tay the right total amount. and now the bug comes when i now confirm the booking the additional product in may case a dog fee gets added. Extended Status Page / minor bug-report
This is my idea on how Mews could benefit from having an Extended Status Page or a "Minor bug-report".
Today, we dont have a clear view on what is currently bugged or been worked on by Mews support and their team. This feature would be great thing to minimize the amount of tickets that are being created today.
I.e. I had no clue, that it currently is a bug that set OOS rooms to Dirty at night due to legionella and that the support team is aware of the issue and are working on a solution. Same goes with Rooms…

Conditional Display of Add-On Products Based on Rate Inclusions
Enhance the booking engine to intelligently display add-on products based on the inclusions of the selected rate. Specifically, prevent the display of the breakfast add-on when the chosen rate already includes breakfast.
Background:
Currently, our booking engine is configured to offer both rates including anf excluding breakfast, allowing guests to add breakfast as an optional extra if it is not included. Note on Bookings
Every other PMS system I have used categorises Notes on bookings.
This really is a feature that needs developing In MEWS.There should be various boxes, one for Housekeeping Notes/ One for F&B notes/ Spa etc ...
These teams can then print off reports for notes just for them, without having to wade through things that are irrelevantAlso one for Public notes ( visible for Guests to see on confirmations and online Kiosks for self check in )
Private notes for Internal notes - visible only for staff & hidden from Guests.

Sort categories by availability
When you book online, you see the rooms that are available at the top of the page and don't see unavailable rooms until you scroll down the page. But when we book over the phone, the room categories stay in their default order and just show that the room cannot be booked. It would make things a lot easier if the categories were sorted by availability first and then by their default sort.

Mail Templates for blockreservation
We would like to send offers and confirmations of a block reservation directly from MEWS. For this we need mail templates for blocks and the possibility to click on the mail template option in the block (just like with the individual reservations)

More flexibility with mail
Would be good to have possibility to send more personalised mails. For example, we organise a lot of pop up events (BBQ in summer, concerts, ...). People need to subscribe in advance.
Would be great to be able to send these kind of mails from MEWS.
What's differente compared to actual MEWS mail templates?
- content is different every month
- we should be able to choose ourselves when we do want to send this mail and when not (for example if we organise a BBQ next sunday, it should not be send to any other guests than those staying…6 votes -

Provide an option to move or remove the chatbot bubble
The chatbot bubble is static at the bottom left corner of the screen. It blocks access to anything that I have to click on that very same spot! Please make an option to move this bubble.

Add booking notes directly from timeline
It would be really great if we could quickly add notes to a booking from the timeline, in the side panel that opens when you click on a reservation.
Now, to add a note you have to click once to view the details, once on Manage, then in Properties and scroll down to add notes.
