Different Email Templates
At the moment Mews only has a template when you send an invoice that thanks the guest for their stay, however the same are sent as reminder which then often get ignored by debtors.
The option to create more standard emails, to create for example a different template for reminders of invoices would be a useful tool to improve the management from within Mews.

It would be helpful to be able to customize the amount and timing of the automated emails. This would enable better customer care and preparation when collecting flight details, table reservations, extra services, etc.

It would be great if we could set up more automated emails (and not being restricted by what is made by Mews). and decide when these should be sent.

And various templates for offers and confirmations would be extremely helpful.

We also need access to more placeholders in emails. For example, we cannot send MEWS confirmation emails to channel reservations because they show the commission amount as we are limited by the existing placeholders
