Mark partially completed Online Check-Ins
Guests often abort the Online CI at the credit card entry field, but complete the guest registration process. A completed guest registration should somehow be marked in MEWS as it saves time for the receptionist and creates a better guest experience.
Possible solutions:
Header text: must be checked in - Completed guest registration - Checked in Online
Icon somewhere in the reservations of the arrival field
When printing out guest registration cards, replace those of the guests that already completed the form with the actual completed PDF. (prefered solution)

Currently, accessing data related to Online Check-in in Mews is quite limited and manual. To see how many guests have completed their Online Check-in—both for past and upcoming reservations (NOT ON ARRIVAL DAY)—you need to export a document in Excel. This process is time-consuming.
I think a valuable improvement would be the ability to easily filter or identify future reservations that have not yet completed Online Check-in directly within Mews. Having this visibility in a dashboard or filter view would allow front office or operations teams to proactively reach out to guests and encourage the online check-in completion.
Proposed enhancements:
Add a filter or tag in the reservation overview for "Online Check-in not completed"
Include an Online Check-in status column in the reservation list

Please also do this when the guest registration is done at the reception with a scan of an ID, like with the passport scan app.

in other PMS Systems (example ibelsa), they do it without credit card details.

I fully agree, but would still like to see the note if companions are missing.
