Remove cancelled bookings from current and future reservation display.
Since you can't undo cancellations there is no point in having them displayed together with future or current reservations. They could be displayed somewhere else. When you select all reservations the cancellations are also selected, at the same time your editing options on the left side of the display decrease because it now also refers to the cancelled bookings which you can't edit...Why? Either remove cancelled bookings at least from that display fully or let the select all button select everything but the cancelled bookings.

In this update we have made the ability to move reservations in the timeline more clear.
We would like to invite your to share your feedback on the updates made in the survey attached below:

The name of the invoice should be "invoice" (in english) not "factuur" ;-)
Mews should not impose anything on our official document. Moreover, if Mews wants to make a change on the official documents, they should warn us before.
Hence we notice that our invoices and pro-format are now labelled "Factuur" (dutch word for invoice). But we do not use dutch in our system.
Forcing us to use dutch language on our english or french invoices is just

Sorting for spaces in housekeeping application
Sort spaces in some other way than floors

We have now added multiple new ways to sort the spaces in the housekeeping application including, the state of the room, the services present in the property, Space categories & space classifications.
In addition to the above, we are currently developing the ability to search for specific floors.
If you would like any additional ways to sort spaces in the housekeeping application, please do let us know.

Introduce monthly rates
As a short stay accommodation our guests stay at least 6 months with us. To create appropriate invoices, we are forced to combine 30/31 daily rates and move them to a new invoice. For 200 guests a year, this is really time consuming. Hopefully it will be possible to settle a fixed price for every month. This will extremely benefit the efficiency of Mews from our point of business.
7 votesHello, monthly bookable services in Mews allow you to price your services on monthly basis: you do not have to define price for each night, you price full months and there is only one item (month) instead of 30 items (nights) on the bill.
In the coming months, the team will focus on improving the functionality for long stays (monthly reservations) and introduce pro-rating, flexible housekeeping and product posting. We are also looking into payments automation via direct debit.

Scheduled Custom Dates
I would like to be able to set my own custom dates when scheduling reports instead of using the preset settings.

Calendar with shown restrictions
For better usage of managing and deleting of restrictions there would be great to have a calendar which can display there restrictions and enable to manage them.

Issues with creating invoices and with the booking for other people integration
As promised here is the video with the 2 issues that our reception team will be delighted with if they are improved :)
The first one: when creating invoices, see timecode 1:17, Pam needs to highlight and copy the booking reference number from that booking on the dashboard tab for that booking, she then needs to go to the billing tab and manually paste the number so then the invoice can be generated for the customer. Now imagine having to do this for every single booking every day. On friday she will need to do this over 120 times, this…

Sorry to hear that you find it overwhelming when we update you about the features we are working on.
We have improved the workflow, and now you’ll not receive pop-up messages but rather you have a small icon in the PMS – where with a click of a button you can review all the updates. Thank you for the feedback once again! -
Search Bar in the Left Panel - to jump to the right section within Commander
It could be useful to have a search bar within the left panel, so that we can jump to the right section directly, instead of clicking through the various path to get somewhere specific.

I'm happy to say this problem is now resolved - while it's not on the left bar but next to it, the main system search on the top bar does find any page around Mews!
