Can we please create a feature to block room charges for so no one can add any unnecessary charges to rooms
Right now, we are only commenting on bookings that should be on a no post basis, but of course there is human error at one point or another and it is sometimes easy to miss the comment especially when there are multiple information on the booking, and we end up not getting paid for these services sometimes

Room Type Overbooking
Functionality to allow Room Type Overbooking while maintaining total capacity of the hotel.
When noticing high volumes of demand for standard rooms and upgrades won't sell, you can allocate an amount of rooms you want to overbook on the standard room while still maintaining the total capacity of the hotel.11 votesHello from the Mews product team,

Zero Rate
You should be able to see any roomnights on a "£0.00" rate from the management report. You should also be able to pull a "Zero Rate" report

Advanced purchase % off by day
Create an option to amend the advanced purchase discount % by day or day of week. I.e. Monday - Wed 10% off and thursday - saturday 15% and sunday 20% off

rate changes by changing date
if you want to extent a made booking, the price will automaticaly change. Also if you have fixed rates for a customer group, it changes to the daily rate, which is extremely wrong and not helpful.

Exclude combinable rooms from total room count
We have large flats with 3 rooms, equipped as follows s1iLiving room (not bookable independently).
2 bedrooms (can be booked in combination with the living room as a small or large flat, or separately as 2 studios.
Is it possible to add the living room so that it is not included in the count of total available rooms?
In one of our existing houses, this means that instead of 124 rooms with 10 flats, we suddenly have 134 available rooms.
For the cleaning report, it certainly makes sense to list all rooms. However, for all statistics, the data is distorted.10 votesHello from the Mews product team. Productrules applicable for a certain period of time
Make it possible to set a period of time to a productrule. Example: the swimmingpool surcharge is applicable from April to October. In the current situation, the productrule is always applicable or never applicable

Add options and restrictions to products
1- Add the option to make mandatory that the user (guest) fills in information before they can add the product to their stay. Example: offer airport transfer but then make it mandatory for the user to input the time and airport of arrival.
2- Add conditions to products so that they can only be chosen if such conditions are met. Example: minimum of 4 people must book in order to book a ski lesson10 votesHello all,

When choosing a rates option from a column in commander, please also put lowest rate first.
We have set up different rate types for 1/2 use and 3/4 use per room. The the 3/4 use option is alway first shown, when making a reservation in commander. We would prefer 1/2 use first shown.

Allow relative price adjustment on each room category
Would like for the possibility to change the relatvive price adjustment on each room category. At the moment the only option is to use the same relative adjustment on all room categories in a rate. Example: Classic +10%, Deluxe + 20% etc.

"Old Availability" screen shortcut
Dear Mews team, kindly note that the OLD AVAILABILITY screen is VERY ESSENTIAL for day to day work.
The NEW availability & occupancy report does not show the whole picture of the property at a glance.
It is very important to have the availability screen back as it is time consuming to get to the button "Old Occupancy Report" and then change mode from Occupancy to Availability.

Overbooking by Room Type and Day by Day
Some hotels would like the ability to overbook room types due to cancellation, no shows and early departures. Would like to have the ability to overbook a room type within limits set by the user. Example, 20 available king rooms. Sell to Capacity to 22. Therefore, we authorize a maximum of 22 king rooms to be sold. These reservations would fall into the pink overbooking timeline and could be upgraded from there based upon the property operating model.
