MinLOS Restrictions workaround
a solution for a minimum length of stay restrictions setup where the applied minimum stay restrictions reduce in steps as we near the arrival date.
The client set 3 close to stay restrictions which take into consideration the 3 following rules:If one were to book 60+ days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 14 days
If one were to book 35-59 days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 4 days

Add discount in voucher
Add a percentage of discount directly in the voucher, to allow us to apply a private discount on any public rate with a voucher code instead of create a new rate code.

Add Space Category to Rates
Add a multiple select option for Space Categories inside rate set-up.
I don't necessarily want all space categories sold on every rate that is set-up. It would be ideal if I could select the applicable space category inside the rate rather than having to "always" apply multiple restriction across many rates and room types, this has potential of creating hundreds of restrictions (10 rates/10 spaces).

Lock Top & Left headers, provide easier right/left scrolling
I selected rate management, but this occurs in so many places, reports, availability, reservations rate screen, etc.
Please lock the top and left headers on any screen that has up/down right/left scrolling available.
Position the scroll bar directly under the locked top header for easier navigation and indication there is more information off screen.The scroll bar is at the bottom of the page, and nothing is locked at the top or right of the page, so when you have to scroll right you completely lose all headers. Possibility to split the rate in different accounting ledger ( without the guest seeying it)
It would be great if there is a possibility to make a split in the rate in different accounting ledger, without the guests seeying it.
So like you can do by product rules, but than completly without the guest seeying your split.

Overbooking by Room Type and Day by Day
Some hotels would like the ability to overbook room types due to cancellation, no shows and early departures. Would like to have the ability to overbook a room type within limits set by the user. Example, 20 available king rooms. Sell to Capacity to 22. Therefore, we authorize a maximum of 22 king rooms to be sold. These reservations would fall into the pink overbooking timeline and could be upgraded from there based upon the property operating model. Rate Cap or Rate Threshold for derived rate
Allow for a 'rate cap' or 'maximum threshold' for space categories that are derived by a percentage increase off the base rate.
For example: a space category that decreases 20% off base rate would not be allowed to reach below $.xx or above $.xx

Exclude combinable rooms from total room count
We have large flats with 3 rooms, equipped as follows s1iLiving room (not bookable independently).
2 bedrooms (can be booked in combination with the living room as a small or large flat, or separately as 2 studios.
Is it possible to add the living room so that it is not included in the count of total available rooms?
In one of our existing houses, this means that instead of 124 rooms with 10 flats, we suddenly have 134 available rooms.

When we have a promotionnal rate derived from another rate group
The strikeout price is the most expansive price of the same rate group.
But the rate can be derived from a rate code that is in another rate group.
When we apply the discount on this base rate, to have the derived rate, the striked-out rate should be the one used for the derivation instead of the most expansive of the group.3 votesHello all,

Set a default time per product. (Products report trough Guests in House)
It would be interesting to add the possibility of defining a default time for products. Currently when a product is added, the time is 00:00. A breakfast is taken by default at 7am for example.

Multiple/Nested Conditions in Restrictions
To be able to create a combined/if restriction.
As an example: For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of the creation of the booking AND at least 14 full days prior to the start date of the booking.

Adjust a price for entire space categories SEASONALLY
Currently you can adjust a price for an entire space category for an unlimitied period of time. Could be great to have the possibility to have different prices adjustements according to certain period of time.
