  2. Each space category is specified with a maximum capacity setting to prevent too many guests and ensure that every companion is accommodated comfortably. In addition to maximum capacity, a setting to define a minimum capacity could also be beneficial for some properties that would like to reserve specific space categories for groups of a certain size.

  3. At this time the color in the space time for a departure and an arrival is the same color, it will be great it we can have a different color.

  4. A way to only use the Optimize Space Allocation on a selection or Rooms. Specific room types or a selection of any. Locking and unlocking half of the rooms which can't be moved multiple times a week is quite a hassle.

    Currently hotels have fixed slots for check-in and check-out times. Obviously guests can sometimes make use of early check-in or late check-out services at an extra cost. So far this has been the smartest and most flexible way of managing the demand for different arrival and departure times. This requires a lot of manual interference from front desk teams, who need to manage the inventory, add additional items on the bill and have to manually approve or reject the early check-in or late departure.

  6. In my opinion it would better to view all information in one screen and avoid going to second screen. Thus we do not have to click multiple times to check availability status for each day rather we can have the full overview in one scree. Please add each space category and it's availability also in the first window / overview.

  7. Allow in the new spacetime for multiple automated no show charging. Currently customers can only select one accounting category for no show charging. When applying multiple business types in one system (which we do already), the system should also cater for multiple no show charges.

  9. With the recent release of hourly reservations, we have noticed an increase in demand from customers who want to manage their bikes on Mews. As Mews currently does not support “bike” resource type, they often use workarounds.

    Would you like bikes to be added to the list of supported types? Let us know!

    You can increase the chances of bikes being added by sharing more details about your service and why bikes are important to you. Thank you.

  10. IF I HAVE A GUEST IN A ROOM FOR 10 NIGHTS AND IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STAY I NEED TO CHANGE THE ROOM NUMBER I CAN NOT DO THAT AS THE OTHER ROOM NUMBER OF SAME ROOM TYPE WERE OCCUPIED BEFORE SO IT BLOCKS TO CHANGE THE ROOM NUMBER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STAY

  11. Currently in the Status Tab of an Optional Booking, we don't have the ability to assign a Space. However Mews automatically assigns a Space. i.e when Mews assigns a Space, we cannot assign to a different Space, other than by using the timeline to move the reservation. We require the ability to assign space from the Status tab, so that we can assign to None(un-assigned). Similar to Confirmed reservations.

  13. The diagram of status on SPACES shows only counting of 4 separate categories, in our case on a certain date:
    72 Dirty
    23 Clean
    99 Inspected
    2 Out of Service
    However on this particular date the number of OUT OF ORDER is 5, which is more than the 2 Out of service.
    This information is not now not on the dashboard because? (font size to large to fit in the diagram, or is the Diagram too small to show everything? I think it is important that we see also the 5 (!) in the diagram

  16. Each "service type" offered to a guest needs to be associated with a "space type". Current "space types" are limited to physical spaces only.

    Some services, such as "Experiences", could use additional "non-tangible space types". Clients would have the flexibility and freedom to offer tours, trips, etc. which could also be covered under the Spacetime project as they often times use the same logic as the physical space types = inventory, rate and bookable timeframe.

    Adding non-physical space types to the selection of "space types" would very likely increase usability of Spacetime.

  17. Guest book a room online for 2 adults in a room where we can accommodate 2 adults maximum. But the guest check in with a baby. And we want to adjust the occupancy of the room to 2 Adults and 1 Baby. This is needed for the security of the guest in case of e.g. a fire. It is essential that we know how many people are in the hotel and how many are in a certain room. If we change the maximum occupancy to 3 this would mean guest can book the room for 3 adults.   18. To be able to make a report regarding the Space Status by date, so one could know the exact Space Status (Dirty/OOS/Inspected) on a certain date in the past.
    Right now, if one changes the date on the Space Status Report, it will pop up today´s info.

  20. Now all roomtypes with all room numbers are displayed when assigning a reservation.
    You should only see the rooms available for the roomtype that is active for that reservation. When giving an upgrade you should change the roomtype in the tab 'Properties' > space category. When you changed the roomtype, the rooms for that roomtype available will now be shown in the assignment bar.
