print confirmation letter
A bunch of our repeat guests either have no email address or make the reservations in person and want a physical copy of the confirmation letter. Kind of odd that this simple feature doesn't exist.

Lenght of Stay
At the moment we have to calculate the average length of stay ourselves:

Availability & Occupancy Report + Restrictions
We use the restrictions a lot at our property. We need a way to see restrictions in relation to the availability and occupancy. I'd like to see restrictions added to the calendar view of the avail and occ reports.

Enable Report Column User Customization
Beyond the availability of filters, or as incremental filter functionality, users should be enabled to remove data columns from report when the data in the column is irrelevant to the property or the user. My hotel doesn't track data by bed but this information takes up space in a report for columns with zeros. When I deselect filter options, the column still shows in the report with zeros. Like standard Excel spreadsheets, it should be possible to drop/drag columns within the report and remove columns so print attempts don't generate unusable reports. blocks does not appear in the reporting
Blocks should appear in the availability and occupancy report when they are confirmed. Not only when the rooms are picked

New interval for Exports
Be able to programme an export for an interval of 10 days.
We analyse the management report by 10-day periods: from 1 to 10 - from 11 to 20 - from 21 to the last day of the month.
It would be useful to be able to programme an export that includes these 3 intervals + the total for the month.3 votes -
Changing the Start and End dates for the reports
A while ago I asked regarding saving custom reports and I was told to copy the URL and saving it as a Custom Link. It works fine but there’s something that I would like to have, so that it’s even better. Right now when you save the report, it also saves the date you used so we have to change it each time. It would be way better if we could write as a start “Today”, and then for the end “+1, +7, etc”. So that the system automatically makes the changes.

Add filter detailed to the Product Report
From the Product Report, it would be great to be able to see which reservations have the listed products included
Adding a filter that would show the detailed mode could allow to create a detailed report with the reservation numbers and guest information. It would be fantastic if the report can be ordered by space number4 votes -
Product count
The product report does not show all products sold in one view. For example breakfast. We have to open 2-3 reports to show the total amount of breakfast sold. We need one overview of all products sold, not many overviews.

Filter by user name the product journal report
In order for the colleagues to check their postings (charges, rebates, payments), could it be possible to add a filter in the posting journal report to short it by user log/name? Therefore, each employee could print his activity report, check one by one the lines and postings corresponding to his codes, and correct mistakes if observed.

Availability report at a glance
Dear Mews,
Would it be possible creating an availability report, similar that you can download in excel on the dashboard, where we can see a room type with remaining number of rooms in a row under each other, top row the dates and button row the overall number of availability and occupancy? Like below example?

E-mail performance statistics
The possibility to have insight in the performance of specific e-mail types, such as the "After start e-mail". From a marketing point of view it would be useful to keep track of open rates for example.

Room change for an in house guest
When an inhouse guest must move rooms for whatever reason such as extended stay or change due to category capacity or to another catagory that Mews is able to see this and combine the entire stay into one booking for our registration cards. So that we have a complete record of where the guest will be in house during their stay. At the moment we must print seperate registration cards for each invividual room.

Rate Discrepancy Report
It would be great to get a rate discrepancy report. Being able to see the price a reservation was booked and the price the reservation ended up paying.

Proper ROB report
Currently there is no ROB (Rooms On the Books) report available in mews. According to the support, the reservations report could be used. However, this report can in no way be used to make forecasting or analyses due to the terrible lay-out.
So please provide a proper ROB-report as this is the standard in the hospitality.

Extension Report
Hello. We need a report that indicates when a guests added nights to their stay.
Currently under the updated reports section it includes any reservation that had even a minor change, like a note added or another person.Ex. lets say I have a guest that books for Oct 1-31 for $100 a night for a total of $3100. On Oct 15 they tell you they want to add the month of November so another 30 days an additional $3000. When I look at the booking it shows total revenue of $6,100. Create one report for all Food and Beverages consumed together with the revenue.
