  1. Have a column for space status in the check out report so that the reception can see if the room has been cleaned or not . If the guest did leave without checking out and hk has cleaned the room, it automatically makes it dirty if we check the room out, therefore to make sure/make it easier to see the room status so that the reception can change the status back to inspected without having to click in to each reservation.

  3. Hi Mews

    We wish to send the breakfast list to our supplier along with the next day's breakfast orders. The product checklist is very useful, but we’d like to know if it’s possible to remove the guest names and display only the room numbers instead.

    Additionally, is there a way to automate this process by scheduling the list to be exported and sent out?

  4. A report that is exportable and can be filtered to display all space/room changes at different stages of the reservation, especially for Confirmed and Checked-in.

    **The Action Log displays space changes but does not allow the user to define reservation state.

  5. We would like to receive the rebates report with the notes of our employees why they have cancelled the article. Now you can not see the notes and makes it hard to control voidings.

  6. Historical reports for past groups that show their pick-up, average rate, and total revenue.Historical group reports are important to most hotel’s performance. It is also needed on a weekly basis to complete the STR report for the previous week.

  8. In order to have a control of the client in the hotel for their extras, we need a report with pending payment but only the client who are in the hotel, no futur client.

  9. We have just moved across to MEWS so far there is a lot to like, but there are a few issues that are making it a real pain at time...

    1) Ability to sort the timeline in numerical order, I appreciate all the other filter options but sometimes just viewing spaces in numerical order is greatly appreciated

    2) ability to use our own in house colours for reservations this allows a quick glance at the timeline to gain a lot of information without having to search for it

  10. Is it possible to change the number of items on the product checklist to, for example, 250? Currently when we switch pages the system slows down, so it would be great to have all items on one list for a smoother operation.

  11. Proposal: Standardization of Reports

    Inconsistent Data Presentation:
    Reports are currently displaying different data sets.

    Varying Criteria:
    Not every report uses the same criteria to present data, leading to discrepancies.

    Divergent KPIs:
    As a result, each report shows different key performance indicators, depending on the data and criteria used.

    Risk of Misinterpretation:
    These inconsistencies can lead to confusion and may result in misleading statements or incorrect insights.

    Harmonized Reporting:
    My goal is to harmonize all reports so that every report shows the exact same data. Since all the data originates from the same source, there should be no discrepancies between reports.

  12. We have a mandatory field for canelationreason when we cancel a product, but there is no report for checking this proccesses.
    We need a report sorted by products with reason, guest name, booking date and cancellation date etc.
    As it is now, checking is extremely time-consuming because you have to search for everything individually.

  13. Currently, invoices within the same owner are listed alphabetically in the City ledger. However, there are some issues. For example, an overdue invoice 557 is listed below an unpaid invoice 4177, because the system considers that 5 comes after 4 alphabetically. It would make more sense for invoices within the same owner to be listed in chronological order in terms of invoice deadline, or simply in ascending order in terms of invoice number.

  15. The current product report in MEWS is focus mainly on products sold against the guest stats. While The Product checklist will report on consumed and the purchased products.

    But, this report only shows the totals per day and not in which accommodation/room the product should be inserted in.

    The request is to have also de view in the report about in which room this product is added.

    1. Gliederung in Zimmerkategorien
    2. Anreise und Abreise
    3. Name des Gastes (optional)
    4. Anzahl Personen gegliedert in Kinder und Erwachsene
    5. Produkte (Hund, Late Check-out, Early Check-in usw.)
    6. Gästenotizen und Hauseigene Notizen

    Dieser Bericht sollte ebenfalls automatisch gesendet werden können.

  18. Dear Team,

    This function work super for a Breakfast List as an overview.

    May I recommend:

    1) We are able to print this report for our Kitchen Team as well for our Breakfast Team. They unfortunately do not use MEWS.
    2) Would there be an option to add the Guests "Customer Notes" there we add under the F&B Notes, if the Guest if allergic to anything for example.

  19. It would be great to have reports scheduled via email so that we can monitor multiple properties production / res made yesterday / manager flash via pdf quickly on an email instead of running each single report

  20. Display accounting report by day/week/month/etc.. Currently, when selecting a time period, the report shows all revenue posted in that time as totals per category. If you want to find data on a day by day, or month by month, etc., you have to set the filters up separately each time.
