Make a view specially designed for the breakfast team.
They want to have a few with: guestname, roomnumber, how many persons. They want to track who came and who still need to have breakfast. So a simple checkbox in that list would do.
Also the day before a prediction for the amount of breakfast next day, that is easy to access for the breakfast team members.
We are very happy to inform you that we have officially released a new filter in the Guest in house report, that will allow you to view products consumed during the report’s selected interval.
We hope this update will help your teams handle the morning breakfast rush a little easier.

Hi Aldair. When a guest stays multiple nights and is not having breakfast every day it is still showing the sum or all breakfasts ordered?

It would be great to print a list with guests entitled to breakfast in a certain morning. Obviously the Guest in House report has a product filter, however due to Covid guests are currently (and in future) restricted to time slots. Although one can add an item with a specific time / date, the latter does not show on this report. A designated breakfast report would benefit many hotels I think

A simple Breakfast list as you would get in every normal PMS would do the job! The release you did does not solve the problem at all! It is something completely different. We need to know which guest are from a group! It would be good to show the group name in the guest in house list.

We've got the same problem with the list, I'll try to explain:
1. If a guest is in the house for several days. Let's say 5 days. But he has only booked breakfast twice, then the list does not say when he has booked it or when he does not get it.
2. If a guest is in the house from 19.03.2021 -.03.04.2021 and has booked 14x breakfast, we first have to check how many days are from 19.03.2021 - 03.04.2021 so that I know whether he has booked breakfast every day at all.
It is the same with packed lunches. If the guest books packed lunches at some point during his stay, I cannot see on the list when they are for.
4. the reception has been asked to fill in a breakfast list for each day, so that first thing in the morning at 6 o'clock you can see how many breakfasts and packed lunches there actually are for that day.
This cannot be the solution. Is there another way to retrieve only the products in a list that are actually booked on that day?

I think the main idea is to get a clean report with all the breakfast products (as there might be several ones and filtered with only the guests who booked that product. Product report could be also filtered so that same product types could be grouped together, to give better overview for the F&B team. Now different breakfast products need to be calculated together manually.

yes would be great. certainly being able to see who is still expected to come would be great

Yes, please add this!

Yes please. The list we currently print through the 'guest in house' has too much information on it. And is not very easy to read.
Especially not when it covers 7(!) A4 papers when printed. This could be a single sheet.
