Notes - general improvements
Notes are a huge feature to ease booking management and get a smooth communication between shifts. We use it to clarify bills or past interactions with the guests.
Notes shouldn't be hiding 2 clicks and a scroll down away from the anywhere into MEWS. They should be easy to access, for example, when we click on a booking in the timeline : "Booking - Group - Notes" should appear. Also Notes should have its own panel within the booking, why at the very bottom ? Thanks !

Also please add staff's name who inserted the note to the same line with the date and time in the reservation overview box.
Some guests have always the same wishes (such as on the back side of the building). It would be great when thats added automatically in notes; so no employee can't forget it and the guest does not have to repeat it all the time.

Some companies have the same billing instructions/notes for all their employees who stay at a property, it would be good to show these each time a reservation is made from that company.
Travel Agencies have certain billing instructions or restrictions that apply to all guests. Would be good to show these each time a booking is made from that agent.
