Notes - general improvements
Notes are a huge feature to ease booking management and get a smooth communication between shifts. We use it to clarify bills or past interactions with the guests.
Notes shouldn't be hiding 2 clicks and a scroll down away from the anywhere into MEWS. They should be easy to access, for example, when we click on a booking in the timeline : "Booking - Group - Notes" should appear. Also Notes should have its own panel within the booking, why at the very bottom ? Thanks !

Totally agree with Jean-Philipp about the all "custom keyword-in settings" - idea. It could ease our use of integrations (Zapier for example) that can only read/find "General notes

I would like to see also a note type "Housekeeping" in addition to the existing "General" and "Channel Manager" types. These Housekeeping notes could and should be used to sync important info (like "Extra Bed", "baby crib", "allergic person", ... ) for HK to third party HK-Apps (like Sweeply or HotelKit) or show them prominently in the Mews Mobile App.
Futhermore the keyword list currently used to automatically create general and channel manager type notes should be documented in help.mews.com, and possibly made available in the settings for amendment / custom adjustment!

At our property we book large groups across multiple rooms. Seperate notes for each room can be a real hindeance in this instance, when adding, updating or deleting select comments, it can end up really messy, and time consuming which defeats the point.

we would very much like to see a notes section dedicated to a property; we share our database with multiple properties and find it hard to navigate the notes for companies that book in various properties

Also please add staff's name who inserted the note to the same line with the date and time in the reservation overview box.

Some guests have always the same wishes (such as on the back side of the building). It would be great when thats added automatically in notes; so no employee can't forget it and the guest does not have to repeat it all the time.

Some companies have the same billing instructions/notes for all their employees who stay at a property, it would be good to show these each time a reservation is made from that company.
Travel Agencies have certain billing instructions or restrictions that apply to all guests. Would be good to show these each time a booking is made from that agent.
