Add loyalty program classification when a customer profile has a loyalty code.
When a loyalty code is added manually or via the channel manager, Mews will automatically assign the loyalty program classification to this customer.
Joining the below comment - it needs to be tailored, for example EVENT company is part of the Priority Guest Reward program which also have different tiers. We need MEWS to recognize and display the guest' tier on their booking (color coding is a great idea), we also need to be able to manually add the membership number to the guest booking (should they have not booked with it in the first place) and if so, for a profile merging to be possible from there, ensuring the stay counts toward their membership points etc

'Loyalty Program' classification is too generic, and needs to be tailored to a chain's various hotel loyalty programs and levels of membership. For example, Accor has three loyalty programs (Accor Live Limitless, Accor Plus, and Accor Vacation Club), each with as many as seven membership tiers. It would be great if these various membership tiers could be added to Classifications, and each with their own colour-coded button that appears next to the guest's name when entered.
