Check in times on Past Arrival reports
I would like to print a report of arrivals from the past which shows the guests ACTUAL check in time. Any report I produce shows the general 3pm arrival time but not the actual time the check in was performed on the system.

Group Segments together
Being able to group segments together for reporting purposes E.g. segment "Negotiated" could include "Negotiated - Leisure", "Negotiated Business" etc.

Reservation Report - don't count cancelled rooms when not filtered on cancelled
Currently reservations that are cancelled partly are still counted full in the total room nights in the Reservations Report.
However the total rooms revenue is only confirmed and optional revenue (with filter confirmed, optional, checked in, checked out selected).
It would be more clear if the calculations are the same. In my opinion cancelled nights shouldn't be counted if not selected in the filter.

Occupancy - Display Total Room Revenue
When clicking on Occupancy, and then hovering the cursor over the various cells, there's lots of information show (which is great!)
It shows the Average Daily Rate, but would it be possible to also have displayed what the Total Room Revenue is too? e.g. ADR $200.00 x 38 rooms = $7,600.00.

Occupancy - Display Customers, but Also Adults/Children/Infants
When clicking on Occupancy, and then hovering the cursor over the various cells, there's lots of information show (which is great!)
It shows 'Customers' but it would be great if this could be further broken down into adults/children/infants. Could this be a possiblity?

Report of unblocked rooms
I would like to be able to run a report of unassigned (unblocked) rooms with date so that I can locate them quickly on the timeline. (& block them)

Mews Analytics - Ability to Save Multiple Views with Filters of the same screen instead of just one default view.
In Mews Analytics you now have the ability to save default view. However, in the same screen some properties are using multiple views and have to change the filter settings each time. It would be good to have the ability to have multiple favorite views of reports and not just one per screen.

Managers Flash Report (Statistics, Revenue, Detail Drill Down)
Would like to see Managers Report with expandable categories like the Accounting Report. Hotels use a Flash Report which is a combination of statistics, revenues broken down by type and often need detail information of the other revenues for their Flash Report. This report is generated daily but also there is a need to see each day in the month format. Some properties want basic information, other more granular. Additional Statistics by Market Segment should be added so all this information is on one page in one place rather than run 3 different reports and manually input into an Excel…

On the Books Report Summary by Market Segment
Confirmed, Consumed and Forecasted Revenue, Room Nights and ADR on the books by Market Segment for a specific date span. Example, if I wanted to see on Total On the Books for June and today is June 10, I would select June 1 to June 30 date span. This would show me consumed revenue for the first 9 days and confirmed revenue from June 10 to June 30. Summary Report only. Possibility to create automatic exports of reports in PDF format
We are using the automatic export feature to export financial reports. The only choice is CSV, XLS, JSON. We are missing PDF. Our export target is the accountant. For legal reasons, he does not accept anything else than PDF.

German Translation Occupancy Report
The German Translation of the "Availability & occupancy report" should be improved: The term "Stayovers" is currently translated to "Bleibende Gäste", which translates back to English as "staying customers" which is incorrect, because the row labeled includes only the room count, not the guest count.
So correctly this row should be labeled as "Bleiber" or "Bleibende (Räume)" .1 vote -

We use the restrictions a lot at our property. We need a way to see restrictions in relation to the availability and occupancy. I'd like to see restrictions added to the calendar view of the avail and occ reports.

Enable Report Column User Customization
Beyond the availability of filters, or as incremental filter functionality, users should be enabled to remove data columns from report when the data in the column is irrelevant to the property or the user. My hotel doesn't track data by bed but this information takes up space in a report for columns with zeros. When I deselect filter options, the column still shows in the report with zeros. Like standard Excel spreadsheets, it should be possible to drop/drag columns within the report and remove columns so print attempts don't generate unusable reports.
