    Hello from the Mews product team and thank you for your suggestion! We can confirm that email is an optional field in Kiosk (formerly Operator) as well as during the Online Check-in. So guests are able to skip entering the email for any children in their group.

    It would be very useful to show the space description, in the "details of the reservations", both in the various emails as well as in Navigator; currently, it only states the name of the space.
    In Navigator, it would be ideal to also show pictures of the space selected.

However, you can retrieve this data from the exported version of Reservations report. To add marketing consent to guest profile, please follow this guide.

    In case you've missed the update based on your feedback, now Mews releases all automatically preauthorized payments 24 hours after guests leave, providing enough time to deduct any damages or incidentals if necessary, and saving staff from the hassle of manual releases.



    Additionally, when you manually create a new preauthorization for online payments and through your Mews terminal you can now select a specific expiration date up to 28 days later.

    One more update is in the works - that's updating the pre-authorization amount!
