Hello Mewsers,
We are very happy to announce that you are now able to view reservation notes in the Mews mobile app.
In order to view notes, select a reservation in the Mews web application > and add a note from the properties tab. Once the note has been saved, you will be able to view the note in the space details section of the Mews mobile app.

Dear Mews Customers,
I have a fresh update from our development.
Solution for parking, office and meeting room management has been live and helping hundreds of Mews customers diversify their revenues for quite some time.
With the recent release of hourly reservations (details here https://releases.mews.com/en/introducing-hourly-services-to-maximize-your-revenue-PuFPZIwq), we are making it even easier to manage these services.
In the coming months, the team will be focusing on improvements for long stays (pro-rata, precise reporting, flexible products & housekeeping intervals etc.)

Margot Demmers supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Margot Demmers commentedFrom Mews, as a reservation system, settle/invoice the rental income with holiday home owners. In the case of homes managed by a rental organisation for owners over a period of time (month or quarter), the reservation turnover/rents made therein are invoiced to the owner less the owner-specific rental commission% on the rents.
This means that a reservation is followed up entirely within Mews, from the booking of the guest to the settlement with the owner of the property of this reservation after the settlement period based on the departure date.
The best option would be for Mews to transfer this invoice to the financial system of the rental organisation, if the financial system supports this. So that the financial follow-up / payment of the invoice is transferred from Mews to the financial system. -

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback. It is unlikely that we will be showing the commission fee on the bank statement. For that reason we introduced the split in the Merchant Balance report where you can see the payout amount, by expanding the payout identifier in this report, you will be able to see its breakdown.
Also, we are currently working towards providing more information in the Merchant balance report export, where reconciliation with your bank’s payouts will be even easier!

when using stay products, the price should be dynamic. So it is possible to change the price you book on the room and you don't have to use bill item on billing.
