    The change in preauthorizations was released in 2022, unfortunately, we missed updating its status. 


    Now manually created preauthorizations through Mews Payments can be selected to expire up to 28 days from the creation day. Also, for automatically created preauthorizations Mews releases the preauthorization 24 hours after your property's configured check-out time.     I am happy to announce that the payment request feature was released just now.
    Payment request is friendly and convenient way how to collect payments from your guests or bookers.     Hello, we are happy to announce that the first version of the gallery (multiple images per space category) has just been released on desktop today (November 13, 2019).

    This is the very first, simplified version of the feature and additional functions (carousel, animations, mobile support etc) will follow shortly.

    Hi there Mewsers!

    You’ve asked and we’ve listened.

    We upgraded the action log to make it more detailed and easier to use.

    Below are some of the additional details that we’ve added.

    Before, when a reservation moved to a different room, you couldn’t see which room it was in originally—now you’ll always see exactly how the reservation looked before and after each change.

    We’ve enhanced updates for products. You’ll now be able trace for example, the additions of order items as well as the price adjustments made to your products.

    And finally on the pricing side, no need for a calculator! You can now monitor and report on changes to prices with the both net and gross values, as well as the affects the changes you’ve made have on taxes.

    We will continue working on updates to the action log for different sections of the system. Stay tuned for more!

    If you wish to make your logo in the booking engine clickable, we recommend using the solution called “Distributor widget” which is basically a booking engine embedded in your web page.
