It is crucial to have all guest names on the order confirmation (including companions) per room. We have a lot of tour operators bringing groups and for easier tracking and communication they need order confirmations with names.
The Excel sheet for rooming list is not so practical.

It would be good to also have more visible line between room types in the timeline. Sometimes we move guests around to a wrong room type as the line in between is not visible.

It would be good to have a template for each rate. It was already mentioned but having more freedom with email templates in terms of adding more template options by hotels based on their own needs, as selection now is very limited.
Mews seems to be a trying something new and making things simpler for guests and staff, but there are certainly some fields to be improved.
