Extremely important! We have guests who make double bookings or make bookings they are "not aware of", then they ask to show some proof of them receiving confirmation and if booked more than 3 months ago - we can not do this and it creates frustration on both sides.

Would be convenient to be able to put multiple rooms at once "out of order" instead of having to do one by one.
Sometimes there could be few rooms closed due to maintenance or similar and doing it one by one is exhausting.

Would be beneficial to add templates for answers on Mews messages with guests, as in most cases we get same questions all the time, so it would be handy to be able to just send a prefabricated answer.
