This status update is part of our ongoing work to simplify and streamline how our UserVoice feedback forum operates. We are reducing the number of statuses to two (Idea to Upvote + Released) to help manage expectations about where each idea stands and to minimize the number of status updates required from our product teams. I see this as a basic setting and am disappointed that Mews does not offer this functionality. All hotel professionals understand that a booker should not be able to book a hotel as a whole in 1 booking. On top of this, Mews is missing the requirement to complete a multi-room reservation with a guest name per room. This makes it even worse. Thanks for prioritizing this.

An error occurred while saving the comment Wiebe de Kok commentedI very much agree that this is critical. Charge cards and Refund cards should be 2 different rights to assign to users. This makes it possible for ADMINs to assign these reights to i.e. Managers or Reservation departments only.

An error occurred while saving the comment Wiebe de Kok commentedMaybe we can reopen this request. We are a new Mews user with 5 location and I see this functionality as critical. It avoids to open every check-out for checking the company/agent details.
Absolutely a good idea; not only more efficient, but above all more professional:
i.e. : it is very unprofessional to offer a diner as Bookable extra, while this is included in a rate already. And a Romance Package for a corporate guest who books with a voucher code weekly is also not very professional.
