When a booking is made at a rate which is prepaid, currently if the payment method has insufficient funds available, the booking will still be made even thou no payment is taken. Stop booking from being made, if payment method is declined on rates that are prepaid.

This seems essential in the current climate. please work on this. considering the advice provided to me from your tech support is, when a prepaid rate is booked, and guest has insufficient funds available on their card, the booking will still go through and your suggestion is to make this booking 'Optional' until payment can be taken.

Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your valuable insights on this topic. I am happy to inform you that this feature is now live and ready to use for all* users.
*Please note that France and Guadeloupe will be soon be given access to this feature as well, whereas development is still ongoing to serve your legal requirements.
More information can be found in this release note.
To add, soon restored canceled reservations will as well be shown in reporting, in order to give you a clear insight.

If a guest books as a prepaid rate, and has insufficient funds on their card, the booking will still go through. please prevent this from happening. or at the VERY least, allow bookings to be changed from Confirmed to Optional until we can contact the guest and arrange an additional payment method or do they can transfer funds to their account.
