    once upon a time....
    there was a idea (see above) that would be so very helpful for the hotels, but for some reason MEWS thinks that this is not priority for the development department

    ....and since then they lived unhappily ever after

    This is another idea, that waits for 3 1/2 years now and nothing happend, although there have been 429 votes!!!!!!

    Thanks, Jérôme, for the proposal.
    Meanwhile I created a VBA in Excel from the space status report (eliminated all not needed rows, separated first- and last name and so on), to help all of the front office staff, not to do it every day and now, we are just fine.
