We will then explain how they can user our open API and become a certified Mews integration partner.

Seconding this one. KeyCafe is a critical access tool for our compset (STR) and we currently have to manually add in arrivals to the system. Would love to see a 2-way integration with this one, showing key pickup/return status in reservation notes.

We will start collecting new feedback for missing placeholders and other things separately

In theory, all email templates should allow HTML. This eliminates a ton of headaches and workarounds.

Hi there, apologies for the super late response. The RemoteLock team told me that they are waiting on the MEWS team in order to proceed with their integration. Now, I am stuck in the middle on this one, so I cannot speak to the validity of that statement. Just sharing what I was told.
