  2. Require solution for Reservation Report based on accurate and exact interval of staying/overnight during the selected period only, for example from 01-01-2024 to 31-01-2024 without including the overnight stay on previous month even the whole booking may overlap.

  3. Hi, we would love to get automatic printed out the fire reports at 3 different time periods during the day (07:00AM, 14:00PM, 22:00PM). Today, we need to print out manually. Great if you can check up this opportunity.

  4. Include all types of blocks in the blockings report. E.G. Out of order and house use, as many properties will use house use as its harder to have clear reporting on.

  5. It would be good to have an easier way of seeing the Average Monthly rate per Rate Category. Now, in occupancy report you can only see an average rate of all rates that property has.
    We would like to see Average rate of rooms sold per selected Rate category.

  6. Please add the option to choose multiple Services within reports (e.g. Reservation Report), the dashboard and the timeline.

    If we add a service for nightly billing and one for monthly billing, both should be equally add up as arrivals and being reflected on an arrival report.

    For the dashboard, maybe we can have at least the possibility to select services that should be shown together on one dashboard. (Arrivals, departures, tasks)

    For the timeline, it is not very helpful that reservations for other services are visible but it is shown with the name of the service instead of the guests…

  7. When using shared inventory in a hostel setting the occupancy graph is rendered almost unusable. When having a dorm sellable as a Dorm or a single bed, if arrivals was 1 for a bed on the day in the reservations section, the graph directly below will indicate 2 arrivals if the dorm was not occupied previously. There is only truly 1 arrival.

    Appreciating additional logic would need to be applied across the system, though this would make it far more actionable insights and give team members actionable information.

  8. In the Reservation overview report some reservations are displayed with no notes at all, where in fact there are notes attached to the reservation. This seems to happen for notes where the text content of the notes filed is very long. Thus it would be helpfull to show only the first lines of the notes with an indicator to view the full notes by opening the reservation details. Like "Some very long note text here. ...... See more by opening Details"

  9. Add an option to filter which type of notes are shown in reports. An use case would be the "Room Status" report with only housekeeping notes (For the housekeeping obviously).

    For example for the "Guests in House" report you have an option to toggle products and then a separate option for refining wich products are shown.

    Similar there is already an option to toggle notes (guest notes to be specific). Just add an additional option for choosing wich note classifications should be shown.

  10. It would be very useful for us to be able to see the trends for when people arrive for breakfast on different weekdays/times of year, to see when and where we should most efficiently use our staff.

    Therefore it would be nice if it was possible to filter the product report in such a way that you can view which products are "checked" at which times on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

    Similar to (or the same as) how we check when most people check in and out in the Activity Report.

  11. Add to the current list of Interval option of a Continuous 7 days that begins the report at "Current Day 00:00 to +7 days at 00:00"

    This would allow a daily export of product services sold to show any 7 days out at all times and would also include any late changes that happen for last minute bookings with a cancellation period, add-ons over the phone, and so forth. This is extremely beneficial for a Front Desk Supervisor or Manager to see what is happening that day and prepare for the days to come before a guest arrives without having…

  12. It is recommended to setup daily or even hourly exports of important reports to prepare for possible desasters. Only Enterprise Subscribers may choose and FTP Export Target. All others are limited to email exports. However, this way massive amounts of sensitive customer data is transmitted over possibly insecure connections (unencrypted email / SMTP). That could be a GDPR violation!
    I suggest making secure/encrypted sFTP Exports available for everyone and/or implement a way to guarantee secure email transmission (at least SMTPs with certifcate pinning).

  13. We are missing a more efficient way to visualize cancellations in the reservation reports. Right now, you can see the cancelled status with a grey color that is not clear enough. Maybe red of a more vivid color.

  14. Hoteliers like to track the success of the rates per month and currently, to do that is to run the reservation report with a specific rate selected and to run it in "Total" mode month by month.

    Manager report has a lot of potential for improvement to make it more useful for the hoteliers.

  15. Currently Mews Analytics is extremely slow and almost impossible to use due to the following issues.
    - Data and visuals taking more than 10 min to load
    - Data that doesn't load because loading times are too high

  16. It would be useful to allow clients to duplicate the "Name" identified in the field "Name*" within the export scheduler page (right side, under the "enabled" box) in the file name that is generated to indicate where the file came from and the interval it was generated for.

  17. Manager Analytics currently shows YoY comparison only on a monthly basis (this year's revenue vs last year's revenue).

    Properties need a more granular report where YoY comparison will consist of individual dates.

    Hoteliers want to see what the ADR, occupancy and revenue was last year vs this year (Jan 1st 2023 vs Jan 1st 2022, Jan 2nd 2023 vs Jan 2nd 2022). Include also the day of the week next to the date so that it's clear whether the date was a weekend or a weekday.

    Having a report with this comparison would help hoteliers improve their revenue strategy.

  19. Looking for an integrated report for Deposit Ledgers which includes the following information:-
    1. Guest Name
    2. Reservation ID
    3. Arrival Date
    4. Departure Date
    5. Room No.
    6. Reservation Type
    7. Status (Reserved/Cancelled)
    8. Last Paid On
    9. Deposit Balance.

    As currently, we need to check deposits from Accounting Ledger from guest detailed information from Reservation Report, It is difficult to check manually for each guest. Kindly assist with this report.
