Store and pull reports for guest allergies
We need a way to notate guest allergies in their profiles and pull reports. At minimum, we need a way to be able to pull a PRINTABLE report that includes reservation notes, where we are currently noting allergies for our kitchen and housekeeping staff. This is vital to operations for our property and for our kitchen specifically. Our chef currently has no way to efficiently and effectively pull guest food allergies directly from Mews when he is writing the breakfast menu. We are forced to use a separate system which, naturally, causes food allergies to occasionally fall through the cracks…

Connect ClickUp with Mews Business Intelligence to create a live sales performance dashboard that reflects real time CRM activity and confirmed revenue. Sales tasks in ClickUp can be filtered by status such as Hot Lead, Proposal Sent, Closing Soon, or Closed Won. Once a deal is marked as closed in ClickUp, the data flows into Mews BI to reflect total sales pickup, revenue pace, and conversion trends.

One Accounting Report that shows all Revenue, ADR, Occupancy
There is no need to have three different types of reports (Consumed, Closed and/ or created). all reports should have the same information presented in the same way. There is also no need to have Gross Value, Net Value, or Tax Value on the Managers Report. All Reports should be consistent and have all the same information. Or Better Yet just make a DEFAULT REPORT for accounting purposes that have all the numbers match. REVENUE, TAXES, ADR, Occupancy, etc. Having all these different options i guess is fine, but the GAAP should be the DEFAULT or Standard reporting.

New Reservation report show grouped by arrival date open
The old reservation report shows Grouped by arrival date easily with all dates open. New reservation report collapses the reservations with this grouping under each arrival date so that you need to click open each date separately to see the reservations. This is used daily to check through what has come in and the automatic collapsing adds unnecessary clicks to the daily process. Either update New reservation report to not auto-collapse when chosen Group by or keep the old reservation report active.

Include the payment requests in the export of the payment report to track them.
At the moment, when filtering the payment requests in the payment report, they are displayed but when you click on export to Excel, there is no data about payment request. Which makes it impossible to track. Since the payment request is one of the filter provided, it should be available in the payment report excel document

Accounting Report: Filter Payments According to Specific Accounting Category/Service Filter
Currently, you can filter out the report by specific Service or Accounting Categories for the revenue portion.
However, we cannot filter out Payments "associated" and recorded for that specific revenue. Especially if we are looking at specific POS Room Charge Revenue that is posted on the rooms.
It would be useful to be able to do so for further analysis.

Respect Registration Card Ordering & Combine Guests/Companions in Print Functionality
Current Behavior:
- Registration cards can be printed, but the print order does not reflect the sequence configured in Mews.
- Each guest and companion currently receives separate registration cards, even when they share the same room.
Problem:
- The print logic ignores the user-defined order, likely due to a static sort or default template behavior.
- Printing separate cards for guests and companions increases paper usage and operational overhead.
Proposed Solution:
- Ordering Logic: Update the print functionality to dynamically apply the configured order from registration card settings when generating print jobs.
- Combine Guests & Companions: Provide an option for properties to combine guests…

Add dietary wishes in guest in house report. In this way accommodations who don't work with Mews POS can also make a kitchen report easily. Right now we have to do a lot of manual work.

Nous aurions besoin de rajouter un métrique concernant l'adresse agence de voyage/agent de voyage afin d'analyser nos différents marchés.
L'adresse du client aujourd'hui ne nous permet pas de le faire puisque certains de nos agents réservent pour des clients sur d'autres continents/pays.Cela est handicapant pour notre analyse quotidienne.

Product Checklist Date Filter
When you change the date filter and open a reservation, the preselected date resets back to the current date instead of the date you selected which creates an extra step for properties.

Out of Order should not impact available rooms
Out of Order rooms should not impact the available rooms and occupancy %. Using House Use instead of Out of Order does not accurately reflect the traditional use of the term.

Exeltabelle:dieser Liste wäre in Ordnung aber da in der Spalte C erst die anzahl der Personen im Zimmer und dann noch das An und Abreisedatum ist kann man sie nicht ordnen.
Es wäre sicher ein einfaches die 2 Sachen auseinander zu nehmen und die Liste neu aufzubauen:
Spalte A Name; Spalte B Zimmernummer; Spalte C An und Abreisedatum; Spalte D Personen im Zimmer: Spalte E Notitzen und so weiter
Dann kann man für kleine Häuser auch eine Liste ausdrucken die man den Mitarbeiter mit an die Hand geben kann.

Telephone and email in reservation report
To have a column for email and telephone number for guests in the reservation report.
This would make it a quicker process to search up existing members instead of having to open one and one reservation/guest profile to find this information.
This would save the reception a lot of clicking, searching as well as saving time.

Availability & occupancy report that shows the full rate price, including the associated products
When you open the availability & occupancy report, it only shows the base price for each rate. If all rates share the same base price and differ only by the products defined in the product rule, the report does not provide useful information. It would be more helpful if the report displayed the full rate price, including the associated products.

Add bed-capacity occupancy filter for daily manager analytics
It would be extremely helpful to have within the Manager Analytics - Daily, a filter option that allows counting all occupied spaces based on the bed capacity of the space (bed/room/private space) rather than counting rooms/private spaces as single units. For example, a room for 6 to be reported as 6 occupied units instead of 1.

Allow Export Pull over 4MB for Larger Enterprise Properties
When attempting to export more than 4MB of data, the Reservation Report often fails and times out, particularly for larger enterprise properties.
It is important to take into account that properties with larger inventories are likely to have more reservation data overall; therefore, they should not have to constantly rely on exporting smaller batches and having to piece them together.

Timeline Improvements
We have just moved across to MEWS so far there is a lot to like, but there are a few issues that are making it a real pain at time...
1) Ability to sort the timeline in numerical order, I appreciate all the other filter options but sometimes just viewing spaces in numerical order is greatly appreciated
2) ability to use our own in house colours for reservations this allows a quick glance at the timeline to gain a lot of information without having to search for it

Receive a daily no-show report.
It would be great if we could receive a no-show report, either as an xml attachment in an email, or a pdf report through email.
Currently the only way to check no-shows is on the day itself and there's no way to really gather statistics from this unless you keep track yourself.
