  1. Catching mealplan code from the Connector API

    In order to display Mealplan informations directly on metasearch, we would like to catch this information as a standard mealplan code (RO, BB, HB, FB, AI) directly from the Connector API.

    Clients will be invited to set a mealplan code next to their Rateplans or products if they want to disply this information on metasearch dynamically.

  2. Expand Keywords for Channel Manager Notes/Comments

    Right now, Mews decides what integrates as "general notes" or "channel manager notes" depending on the keywords from the logs. Clients would like us to consider expanding the keywords for channel manager notes so the comments can be integrated as channel manager notes all the time in the reservations.

  3. Loyalty program by Synxis

    The hotel receive from Synxis reservations and are able to receive in guest profile information relate to the loyalty program. The hotel received this information in the guest profile:
    -The loyalty program
    -Membership Number
    -Membership level

    The request was for:
    -Marriott Bonvoy
    -Preferred hotels and resorts

  4. Need an option to enable/disable webhook events for multiple properties

    If an object (for our case, it is Customers object) is global across all the properties then there should be an option to enable or disable for selected properties to receive those webhook events. Currently there is no option for it to enable/disable from user settings.

    Integrators do not need to receive same data event(s) across all the properties if single property data event is enough for their business cases.

    Also it will be good for less cpu cycles or usage of the server resources. Although it doesn't matter sometimes, depending on the context.

  7. Show Resdiary table reservations in the booking and not just in the guest profile

    Resdiary table reservations are created and managed in the guest profile via a separate tab. This really works great!
    But it would be very helpful if you could also see the reservation in the room reservation, or at least a symbol that there is a table reservation.

  8. Supporting Multi-Property Reservations in a Single Request

    We propose enhancing the /api/connector/v1/reservations/add endpoint to allow reservations for multiple properties to be processed in a single request. This functionality would enable guests to seamlessly make reservations across multiple properties, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.

    Currently, this is not possible because the endpoint requires ClientToken, AccessToken, and ServiceId at the root level, which ties the request to a single property. A possible solution could involve modifying the request body structure to include ClientToken, AccessToken, and ServiceId within each reservation. This would allow multiple property reservations to be handled in a single API call.

  12. Sort taxes per category

    Today,

    Any client can have taxes in Mews.
    - Some have taxes under the taxe section / (difference between net and gross value)
    - Some set taxes under packages (like City Tax)
    - Some set fees under packages (like Breakfast)

    The Connector API can provide a list a tax name and tax code. but these 2 parameters are manual, there is no way to dynamically know that a tax is a City Tax, a VAT, a service charge or something else. (Except by having a regular contact with the client to be notified about the category of each new tax,…

  13. Restriktionen voreinstellen

    Aktuell kann man eine Restriktion für denselben Tag nicht voreinstellen. Für Hotels die nicht 24 Stunden besetzt sind, ist es hilfreich, wenn eine Restriktion zum Schließen des aktuellen Tages bereits im Voraus mit einer Uhrzeit eingestellt werden kann. So wäre man noch bis zur Wunschzeit buchbar und geht nicht das Risiko ein, dass eine Buchung nach Schließung des Restaurantbetriebes reinkommt oder dass man schon viel früher nicht mehr buchbar ist, wenn die Rezeption früher schließt.

  17. Mother Company Revenue in Analytics

    Currently the revenue of a Mother Company in Mews Analytics is only shown as a Company on its own. Let's say a Mother Company has 1 Daughter Company. Both companies show revenue in Analytics separately, but the Mother Company does not show the revenue of both companies - which is a need for Mother Companies.

  18. Add ChannelManagerGroupNumber to the new reservations api

    The old api
    /api/connector/v1/reservations/getAll
    contains information about ChannelManager and ChannelManagerGroupNumber for each reservation.

    This information is missing from the new api
    /api/connector/v1/reservations/getAll/2023-06-06

    Please add this information to the new api.

  19. remove chain name from booking engine

    Remove chain name from Booking engine as it is confusing and guest might only want to receive marketing from 1 hotel, not the chain.

  20. Expedia & Booking Occupancy-based pricing

    Currently the Booking.com & Expedia channel integrations only support Per-day pricing.
    We would like it to also support Occupancy-based pricing.
