TripConnect
We would like to connect to TripAdvisor directly to get direct bookings. As I was told this is possible only if Mews is integrated with TripConnect. We represent 3 properties in Georgia (+ one coming soon). Please take this into consideration.

Connector API: Query all accounting items with date filter as date created/updated.
Currently accounting items can only be queried by date closed or date consumed. As revenue management systems want to be able to see charges before they are closed, and as consumption dates can essentially be set any time in the past or future, this makes regular scraping of this API call impractical. The call should also allow for setting the time filter as the date the item was created or updated, like with the reservations, so that regular frequent scraping can be performed properly.

Expose Occupancy Override Adjustments via Connector API (rates/getPricing)
Problem
When using the rates/getPricing endpoint, the API currently returns pricing information such as EmptyUnitAdjustment and ExtraUnitAdjustment, but it does not expose the actual per-day occupancy override values configured in the
Mews Pricing screen.In Mews Operations, revenue managers can override occupancy adjustments for specific dates (for example, changing the negative adjustment applied for single occupancy on selected days). These overrides are visible in the UI but cannot currently be retrieved through the API.
This creates a gap between what is visible in Mews and what external systems can access.

We use the Mews API to feed pricing…

Show reservation number for all payments in the payments API
In the Payments API, not all Payments are linked to a reservation number.
This makes it impossible to match off payments against invoices in an external accounting system. This is despite in some cases when looking at a payment in Mews it can be seen to be related to a reservation although sometimes the Reservation field is blank.
In some cases this is explained by someone paying for two or more rooms at the same time. But, this also needs a solution, as it would make sense for the single payment to be matched off against the multiple reservations.

Allow Integrations to update Status to "OCI"
Integrations (like Duve or Ariane), basically all the ones that are capable of handling an online check-in flow should be able to change the reservation status to OCI concretely.
Perhaps they could have their own specific label & color (3rd Party OCI) to differentiate them from the Mews GX native OCI label.

EAN faktura (billing electronically)
DENMARK - All invoicing to state and municipality needs to be done electronically (EAN faktura). All hotels in Denmark would need a integration for this.

Connector API: Remove scheduled payment
With this endpoint, an integrator (i.e. Zapier) would be able to remove a scheduled payment for certain reservations.

Reservation query by room number
It would be great to be able to query a reservation (including guests) by room number (and also by reservation status at the same time.

GetAllReservations ChannelNumber
The GetAllReservations (ver 2023-06) Request does not support the ChannelNumber anymore (like it did in the deprecated version). For our Kiosk solution this is an essential, as guests from OTA's usually only know their Channel Confirmation Number.
Could you please extend the GetAllReservations Request with ChannelNumber befor discontinuing the deprecated version?Thanks

Export users from the API or report
Given that I'm a hotel group, as the person responsible for application security, I'd like to be able to export the list of my users for each property with their associated roles and permissions via the API and a report,
so that I can check that the right people have access to the right establishments with the right permissions and automate the process.4 votes -
Need an option to enable/disable webhook events for multiple properties
If an object (for our case, it is Customers object) is global across all the properties then there should be an option to enable or disable for selected properties to receive those webhook events. Currently there is no option for it to enable/disable from user settings.
Integrators do not need to receive same data event(s) across all the properties if single property data event is enough for their business cases.
Also it will be good for less cpu cycles or usage of the server resources. Although it doesn't matter sometimes, depending on the context.
