Unit count for orders via API
We use Event Temple for everything Event related however charge clients through Mews. We have an issue where when posting charges from Event Temple to Mews, Mews will only read whole numbers. E.g we may charge an hourly fee for technical assistance of $40/hr. If the client needs 90 minutes of assistance we need to charge for 1.5 hours however Mews will only see either 1 or 2 hours and ignore anything past the decimal point.

Gift Voucher integration
It would be great to improve the choice of Gift Voucher integrations. Giftpro is great but the integration is very limited (you can't actually redeem vouchers on MEWS) -
SmartGift is expensive.
Could others be added - maybe GiftUp?

Make Creator and Closer data from Bills & Invoices report available via the API
Can we have the Creator and the Closer in the from the Bills & Invoices report be available on the back-end data so we can use it for user reporting and monitoring?

Missing integration with Primavera accounting
Primavera is one of the most used accounting solutions in Portugal. Mews currently does not support this integration

Distributor API: Identifying rates mapped to booking engine
Our desire is to only ever capture the public rates that are available via the Mews booking engine. However, the Distributor API has no flag to indicate rates that are and aren't mapped to the booking engine and we therefore have no means of filtering out non-public rates.

Booking.com integration --> second email address for integration related issues
We have Booking.com directly connected to Mews via the Marketplace.
It sometimes happens that we get disconnected (mapping error --> price too high because mistyped).
Right now, you can only set one email address. This email address will receive reservation related issues and integration related issues.
But these issues target completely different departments in a hotel (front office vs. IT).It would be very helpful to be able to set two email addresses:
1. For all reservation related issues
2. For all integration related issues (mapping errors, sync stopped, ...)1 vote -

Remove GDPR data from error messages.
Here is an example error message I received, containing GDPR data. This makes it so we can't just log the data.

}I suggest moving the GDPR data to the (apparently) unused "Details" field, or create a new field to store that data. Or maybe make a "GdprSafeMessage" field.

Ability to show total number of days at a property within a certain date range
I work for a backpacker hostel, and we have a rule that each guest may only stay a maximum of 28 days in a 3-month period, calculated by adding the total number of days stayed at the property in the past 3 months from the date of the present check-in (similar to the tourist visa conditions in the Schengen zone). Currently we calculate this manually, but enforcement often is a bit haphazard, and a lot of guests manage to slip through.
It would be AWESOME if it was possible to have something on the Dashboard of the Guest Profile that…

Sort images from ResourceCategoryImageAssignments with the correct order as set in Mews Operation
When requesting Resources with "ResourceCategoryImageAssignments" extent enabled, images are returned with order based on the created/updated time (oldest first, newest last).
That means it ignores the image order set in Mews Operations "Space Categories" UI.
JSON should return the Image Assignments based on this order OR should return a property named "order" with order integer as value.

Dormakaba - Oracode integration
Dormakaba's product Oracode which generates pin code doesn't integrate with Mews. It does connect to Hotello, though, so prospects/clients are looking for this.
