Increasing in login security
We are experiencing attempts to get employees to login to a false login-site, where a thirdparty is then mirroring the login credentials, and gets access to the account without the employee knowing. We wish the security level increased. here is some suggetions:
- Messages in case of login attempts on a new device, and the new login should be approved
- Possibility to limit login only to onsite IP-adresses

Invoices in EHF/UBL format
Added support for sending invoices in the Norwegian UBL Customization - EHF format. Most government entities are moving towards only accept invoices in EHF format, and it has becomes pretty complicated to get pdf invoices through the system.

Bookable Period
Would be nice if in the invoice description at the place of night will be overnight ( as german description as Nacht -> Übernachtung).
This is at the moment not possible, this"words" come from the service hard coded information and this are the only available options at the moment: night, day, Month and hour.1 vote -

Annually in Spain it is mandatory for all companies to present a fiscal model (347) .
This is about reporting all customers with transactions over 3k to the government
Currently the system that Mews offers is completely manual and should be automatic. It is heavy, tedious and time-consuming work.

Address format for the Nordic region
In the Nordic region the address format is the same for all countries, and this differs from current format Mews is using. It would be nice if there were an option in Mews to select/configure the address formatting for bills and invoices.
For all the Nordic countries the format is the same:
Recipient
Street address (street name followed by the house number, no punctuation)
Postal code and City (postal code first, no separating punctuation)

Translation / wording
Hello,
could we please adjust the German translation of the field "Channel Manager Relative Adjustment" as well as it's info pop-up? The translation states "Relative adjustment FOR Channel Manager" and the pop-up does not mention anything about reservations but only about prices coming from Channel Manager which is typically technically not possible and it is therefore assumable that we are meaning a surcharge on the rates we are sending which is not the case either.

Remove "Please keep this for your records" / "Bitte bewahre dies für deine Unterlagen auf"
Remove the Appendix "Please keep this for your records" or in German "Bitte bewahre dies für deine Unterlagen auf". Problem is that in Germany and many other countries there is a formal way of speaking to people.
In our case we use formal for all communication with our guests but this text isn't translated that way. That may be off-putting or probably even offensive for some. Because this note is added right at the footer field anyone could just add that to the footer text field in any way he like (formal or not).

Derived Tax Exempt Rates (USA)
Tax-exempt rates should allow for derived from taxed rates. The current functionality requires US properties to maintain 2 Base Rates -- 1 taxed and 1 tax-exempt. The taxes are irrelevant to the base rate pricing, and a are function of the guest type (church, government, non-profit), OTA pays tax, or 30+ day stay. There is no reason they should be managed separately from other rates.

translation in all languages from the default language
It is extremely tedious to have to change the translation for each possible languages for each individual element in Mews. A simple task such as making an edit to a unit descriptions requires 150 different entries if we want to accomodate all languages.
There should be an AI tool that translates all Mews textfields in all possible languages from a default language to manage all other translations, such as Deepl for websites.
