  3. Alphabetical sorting of names with prefixes

    In Holland we have surnames with something in front of it. For example Anna van der Ploeg. Surname is Anna, Familyname is van der Ploeg. Alphabetically it has to with P of Ploeg, because van der is just a insertion in front of the name.

  5. Re-use address on companions level

    Many people travel with family and share a lot of the same contact information or details within their customer profile. For many companions, sharing addresses could be used to speed up check-in or to consolidate customer profiles, as employees could use information that is already present, rather than re-entering details that may already be available. By implementing this feature, family travel and data sharing could be improved for both guests and properties alike.

  9. Credit card field in new customer screen

    While completing customer profiles, one of the most important pieces of data includes payment card details. For this reason, an additional field for these card details could be very beneficial to streamline that data collection process. Manage your profiles with the most important information first.

  13. Add Parent company to Reservation report

    The Mews reservation report has a lot of valuable information, including but not limited to company details that may be associated with bookings. However, as some companies are nested under a parent company, this may not provide all necessary details. An additional column to indicate these parent companies could help clarify all company data associated with your reservations.

  14. Smart edit in Customers profiles report

    As new customers are added or new companions need to be entered on a reservation, legally required data is not clearly listed until opening the Customer Profile report, where you can see all missing details highlighted for completion. By adding Customer Profile Report adjustment, this could allow Mewsers to edit customer data directly in report fields, as well as add companion data by simply clicking on the empty fields.

  17. Address format in Austria & Germany

    Address format in some countries, such as Austria and Germany, is often different from the widely known address format used in many other European countries. This can cause some confusion for guests and properties from Germany or Austria as it is not automatically corrected in the system. This formatting modification could improve the functionality of data for many users as it would eliminate confusion and keep all information accurate to the applicable cultural settings.
