Merge guest profiles based on multiple details
When guest make reservations via booking.com, expedia... most of the time we only receive a telephone number or address. The e-mail address is in 99% of the cases one generated by the OTA to mask the guests email. Therefore it would be very convenient if Mews would merge profiles based on other similarities as well. This would make it easier to identify guests who have already stayed with us previously.

I will echo this request 100%. This is going to be critical for us in our CRM efforts to be able to effectively manage multiple customer profiles with the same email addresses. this ties into many of the other feature requests on this board for Profile Management.

Since over 1 1/2 years this idea is put to "upvote" and nothing happend. Is there anything going on for this issue?
