It would be very nice to retreive send emails to check the old price, products, date etc.

This is very important. Each e-mail which goes to guests, we need a trace and a e-mail copy.
Since e-mails are going out with each hotels defined e-mail address, would it be possible to automatically make a blind copy (bcc) to another e-mail a hotel can setup ?

we should be able to see the emails sent to a guest from their profile. we should be able to edit emails easier (not in html which is not user-friendly or easy).
