Remove experation ID field in South Africa
"Seems to be happening more often where our guests are asked an expiry for the SA ID. I dont see the point off asking the guest when there ID expires? Whats the point?"

Certainly can confirm that this is the same thing happening at our property. The guests are becoming frustrated making the guest journey before check-in a hassle.

Please can this be removed, we constantly getting feedback from our guests who are mainly South Africans. We do not have expiry dates on our SA ID's and this is becoming an inconvenience as guests do not complete the online check in.

There is no expiry on a ID. A issue date only. A ID does not expire only a passport does. Now guest can not complete the online check in with a ID?
