Customizable Origins

Properties should be able to customize their own origins as they may need to use more than the hardcoded ones, mainly for reporting purposes

    We would like to track enquiry source far better than the system is able to now. We currently only have origin of booking however this currently tracks 'how' the guest booked - not 'how they heard about us'.

    As with many companies a significant amount of marketing spend it allocated to social media - there for to track conversion more closely is key.

    If a new tab for Enquiry Source/Marketing is not an option are we able to add 'Social Media' to the 'Origin' criteria?

    I was just going to suggest the same. We daily receive 'reservation requests' through social media and would somehow like to track and label those booking with origin social media. Customizable origins are an absolute need these days for reporting and strategic purposes.

    We would really appreciate to have this new feature in mews to set up origin due to hotel needs and reporting purposes.
