Possibility to split the rate in different accounting ledger ( without the guest seeying it)
It would be great if there is a possibility to make a split in the rate in different accounting ledger, without the guests seeying it.
So like you can do by product rules, but than completly without the guest seeying your split.

Restrict dates for products
Have the option to restrict product to specific dates.
For example: if we have New Years Eve Gala Dinner created as a product, would be very helpful to be able to restrict this product to only guests staying during the night of the 31st of December, and not to any booking date.121 votes -

Receive an alert on restriction override - Reservation modification
You can easily update/modify an existing reservation, even when a restriction applies. No warning is shown (e.g. MinLOS is disregarded when updating a booking)

Add options and restrictions to products
1- Add the option to make mandatory that the user (guest) fills in information before they can add the product to their stay. Example: offer airport transfer but then make it mandatory for the user to input the time and airport of arrival.

Simple automatic yield management functionalities for rates
It would be great to have some simple functionalities to help the rates yield management such as soon for example, as the occupancy of a certain category is above 60% increase rates by 10 EUR or 10% .

routing rules to be listed alphabetically
if you now want to see if a company or travel agents has routing rules, you need to filter one at the time. would be so much easier if you list them alphabetically and not in the order when they were created

Commander only rates
It would be necessary to have commander only rates which can be used by our receptionist only, that do not have any restrictions on it. Sometimes it is ok to sell one room of a category for maybe just one night at a certain time, but not the whole category. Also we offer our returner guests the possibilty to book their next vacation - same time - next year when they leave, but we do not sell it to any other person - not online, not at the OTA´s and not in person at the desk. multi item posting
Create multi-item postings to make upselling easier. Think of Valentine package with chocolates and a bottle of wine.
Currently we need to create 2 items for different VAT calculations. It would make life a lot easier if we could make 1 item Valentine Package with an automated split per bucket.

Rate Mixing
The system should be able to propose the cheapest rate possible to our guests (like booking.com does). Mixing the rates to offer the best deal is a guarantee to compete better against booking.com. Not mixing the rates allows booking.com to steal bookings from us. Exemple: you activate a Last Minute deal on the next 48h. A guest want to arrive today and stay for 3 days. Adding more than one item
When you configure a product the price can only be: "per night", "per person", "per person per night" or "once". It would be great to have an additional option, a quantity up to the guest between some values stablished in MEWS. For example: we accept between one and two dogs per room and we can only sell one vía web; we want to sell bike rent for 1h during the stay, and just 2 people out of the four in the booking want to rent the bike (this is not possible either).

Allow the usage of multiple closed to stay restrictions
The possibly of closed-to-stay restrictions being able to take 3 separate rules into consideration. For example:
- If one were to book 60+ days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 14 days.
- If one were to book 35-59 days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 4 days.
- If one were to book 0-35 days ahead of arrival they would be required to book a minimum of 3 days.
For the time being the restriction only takes one rule into consideration and ignores the other 2. This is useful for…

Rates limit in a voucher
At the moment there is a limit of a maximum of 20 rates assignable to a voucher. We would like to increase that number as we have travel agencies such as SynXis requiring more than 20 rates.
