Wir haben verschiedene Pakete und bieten nicht überall dieselben Zusatzprodukte an oder sie sind in einigen Paketen schon inkludiert. Da diese Auswahl aktuell nicht möglich ist, kommt es immer wieder zu Missverständnissen und Gäste buchen Produkte dazu, die bereits enthalten sind oder für bestimmte Pakete nicht zur Verfügung stehen.

  2. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn die Kalendereinträge (z.B. Saisonzeiten) in der Zeitachse direkt unter dem Datum immer sichtbar wären. Aktuell muss man immer auf den kleinen Punkt klicken, um die Eintragung sichtbar zu machen.

    It would be helpful if the calendar entries (e.g., season times) were always visible directly below the date on the timeline. Currently, you always have to click on the small dot to make the entry visible.

  3. When we think that a customer is at risk of not paying, we should be able to change their status to ‘Doubtful customer’ so that we can isolate them. If the customer finally settles the debt, then it is reclassified as a normal customer, and if we know that the customer will not pay, then the invoice must be paid using a ‘Loss’ payment method.

    Today there is only a ‘Doubtful debt’ payment method, but this closes the invoice directly, which makes it impossible to monitor the intermediate status of customers who are at risk of not paying. Especially from…

  4. If there is a note on a guest profile in ‘internal’ it would be great if when the profile was opened it alerted the operator.
    It wouldn’t matter is it was automatic or if we had to select ‘alert’
    EG – guest is a coeliac, rooms to avoid, comp fizz on next stay, guest likes a bath, dogs name. It can contain, positive, negative and important info that can be transferred onto next booking

  5. I would like to indicate how many guests are staying each of the nights in a reservation. Similar to how you can edit the price of each individual night within the Pricing tab of a reservation, but instead of editing the price, you would like a feature or a way in which to indicate the number of guests on a reservation in each individual night.

  7. We require the ability to customise the colours of buttons, such as "Chat with Us" or "Manage Reservation," within the email templates.

    Currently there is no option other than the default Cobalt Blue.

    This flexibility will enable us to align their design seamlessly with the visual identity of the property's website and overall brand communication.

  10. Is het mogelijk om de oorsprong aan te passen bij het maken van een nieuwe reservering?

  11. For a guest to confirm an optional reservation, entering credit card details must be mandatory. (Currently, the guest confirms first and only enters the details afterward if they want to, as it is not even a required field.)

  12. If possible a dog icon would be very nice.
    So we could see in the timeline which guests/rooms have dogs. This would be helpful in case we have to mova a room (to another dog friendly room) . Also our staff from housekeeping could directly see which rooms have dogs. :)

  13. With restrictions for certain events, companies approach us directly.If there is a restriction, i have to delete it (hope no one books in the mean time) make the reservation with the speed of lightening and restrict everything again.

    Why cant there be a note : date restricted do you wish to override for a reservation? As owner i want to be able to override the restriction to send offers/ make a reservation to clients without deleting the restriction. shouldnt I be able to decide wether to wave the restriction in favor of certain reservations?   14. The dropdown product checklist in the "Items" tab of a reservation currently displays product prices based on the assumption that consumption will occur on the first day of the reservation. However, some products have variable pricing depending on the day of the week. As a result, the displayed price reflects the price applicable on the reservation's start date rather than the actual consumption date. This discrepancy may cause confusion for staff, as the price shown in the dropdown may not always be accurate.

  15. We greatly appreciate Mews Timeline. However, we are repeatedly making mistakes in recognizing what the arrival dates of reservations are. The confusion is that Monday Bookings are aligned under the word “Tuesday”, Tuesday’s under "Wednesday", and Wednesday’s bookings under "Thursday", etc. (it's left aligned)

    A simple fix for this would be to provide an option for us to select “Right Align” for the whole of the “DAY” row. This option would be very much appreciated.

  16. You can only select one rate plan but have the feature to select multiple segments, etc. Why not have the same feature for rate plans?

  17. It would be great if it is possible to change the owner of the group reservation in one time/ click of all rooms connected to the group reservation.
    At the moment it's only possible to change this per room, instead of all rooms in one.
    It would be great if it could be done the same way as that you can change the booker of the reservation.
    This would make it a lot easier for us when the contact person of the group reservation changes.

Since Optional Reservations are not confirmed reservations - client feels it would be best to not attach a Confirmation reference number in the emails until the customer actively confirms the booking. All main Placeholders associated with Reservation details or Summaries include a Confirmation number - even for Optional Reservations.

    Email Templates associated with Optional Booking should only confirm a summary of the reservation details without a confirmation number. Perhaps adding a specific placeholder just for the templates triggered by Optional Reservations could be useful.

  19. When going through cancelled / no show reservations (groups) it is time-consuming having to click on each and every one of the reservations in the group to see what date and what reason the booking was cancelled.

    In groups it would be great if you were able to organize them by date, as well as, reason (cancelled / no show).
    The best solution would have been to sort them out as we have when it comes to past and future bookings and by date but instead "cancelled" as one and "no show" as another one.

  20. It should be possible to set the order of the rates yourself in the reservation form. At the moment it is apparently incomprehensibly coincidental.

    The ordering works in the settings but not in the reservation form.
    It is very annoying when you have to open the dropdown menu every time because the most booked rate is not displayed first.
