Display space number on bills with service products
Currently, when creating a product under Services, the details of the stay will appear on the bill. With making this possible, the product created under Services will appear on bills as well.

Automatic space assignment based on space feature requests/groups
"If customers request a specific space feature, such as a balcony or a garden view, this must be processed after received so that an employee can manually assign such a space for that individual. Rather than manual assignment, however, properties may want to automate these feature requests. A new feature would enable the system to automatically allocate space assignment based on customer requests."

Space status history report
Report which allows us to see how many rooms of each category has been cleaned during the month. This feature is interesting for the hotel service in charge of room managing in order to check the number of rooms cleaned and charged at the end of the month. Each room category have different rates.

Attach photos to space status report
Sometimes reporting issues for repair can be difficult to describe to your maintenance teams. However,we all know that pictures are worth a thousand words. Therefore,for clarification, adding photos to your Space Status report could help all departments communicate more efficiently, as you can report problems more accurately using visual cues.

Smart space assignment
Automatic room assignment is available in properties, assigning either top to bottom or bottom to top, however for same day bookings that may have a limited amount of time before arrival, it is important that the system automatically recognize this so that they can be assigned to an inspected space. Smart space assignment could help identify any time-sensitive situations so that they are intuitively managed without any manual correction needed.

Set minimum capacity for space
Each space category is specified with a maximum capacity setting to prevent too many guests and ensure that every companion is accommodated comfortably. In addition to maximum capacity, a setting to define a minimum capacity could also be beneficial for some properties that would like to reserve specific space categories for groups of a certain size.
