Pro forma invoice tracker
It would be great to have a list of all pro formas that have been sent, because now they cannot be found anymore once it is sent.
For example, an extra selection under 'bills and invoices'.

This is very important; otherwise, you may end up spending minutes searching or having to keep a separate list just for the sent proformas.

Most PMS offer this, it’s ridiculous that Mews doesn’t have this feature added !!

We work with a modern PMS but have to search which payment is for which profroma invoice by asking around. There is just no other possibility...

It is important becaus e we get the nubers back from Customers in which we can not figure out who the person st, especcialy if we sen out multiple out.

Many guests pay reservations and note the proforma invoice number but you have no possibility to find them.
