Calculate REVPAR correct

Currently the REVPAR is incorrectly calculated all over Mews.
Rooms which are out of order are left out of the equation.
However, REVPAR calculates your revenue based on all rooms (Occupied, Empty or OOO). The current data in both the Manager Report and Manager Analystics in Mews are incorrect.

    I think that it´s better if I reply here.

    I reviewed your comment. A very interesting topic!

    The more extended/standard one is the calculation that we are using. it´s not that it´s incorrect; it´s that we are following the regular definition of the RevPar that do no not includes the out-of-order rooms, only the available ones:

    RevPar = Revenue per "Available" Room (Available = All rooms - Non Available rooms (OOO, OOS, etc.)

    But it´s true that it might be a more accurate RevPAR if we include the OOO rooms, so I will take your comment into consideration. We will analyze this option for future improvements.
