Ability to flag that a guest has arrived when room is not ready yet

If a guest arrives but their room is not ready, could we possibly have a flag or change of colour to show that they're waiting for their room. This way when the room is ready we can let the guest know asap.

    Sorry but it's not at all practical like this. It should be something that disappears automatically when officially checking in the guest. Now it stays there until someone manually deletes it.

    I don't think that's really the right place for it, because it's not really a guest classification but only relevant until the guest is checked in. I would have seen it more as a room status

    Hi @Mathias, great that the option is there. However, can this maybe be added to the reservation screen? So that it's easier to mark a guest as arrived and to automatically remove the sign again once the are checked-in?

    Great idea, maybe also good to see which guest came 'first' to whom the reception needs to assign the first room available.

    Very good idea - definitely a missing feature right now. Would make early arrival so much easier to track and communicate!
