Edit Rooming List
I have 2 requests that both pertain to the rooming list functionality.
1) I would like to be able to edit rooming lists once they are downloaded. Right now, they download as locked excel spreadsheets. That means it is impossible to add notes, or simply delete columns that are not relevant. I would like to share rooming lists with clients, but that is not possible without being able to edit them.
2) If reservations within a group have two companions noted in the reservation, the rooming list duplicates each reservation, making the groups appear double in size. This is confusing, both internally and when sharing lists with clients.
It would be amazing if we could edit rooming lists!

I like this idea, to add to that, it would be great if phone numbers could also be added in the rooming list sheet. We work with digital keys send to guest via SMS. Now we have to manually add phone numbers to the guest profile, lots of work.

The rooming list has the potential to be really useful tool but the number of fields make it too unwieldy to actually use.

We would like to be able to use the rooming list feature however it is currently redundant for our property as not all the fields are relevant and this causes frustrations for both our guests and the team.

Hello, the room number column should be editable or removable, clients often expect the same room numbers when they come to check-in, which most of the times do not much and we face complaints. This information should not be disclosed to customers before the arrival.
