Have a way to sort this Excel sheet, there is no logic to what order it populates, not by room number, not by order of disply, literally have not found the random logic that is used. Doesn't match the order of listing in Mews either

And we would love the option to only have the total taxes shown at the end of the invoice and not on every single line item! At the moment, current options are ALL taxes shown on every item, or not a single tax shown on any item...Cynthia Bonenfant

Check them as "out of service" in the HK status and then the HK interval won't apply. If you need to book one, put it back to Inspected. We do the same with units that are only available in the summer season, and it's the easiest way to keep them off the daily tracking
We have this same issue. We use quite a few 0$ products for different reasons (teacher invoices, free upgrades, etc), and since they don't appear on invoices or in reports, we are manually tallying them, which is adding work instead of automating it! If the invoice only has 0$ products, we can't even send a confirmation to the customer as it does not even populate an invoice. In consequence, we have a ton of 0,01$ items that we add, send the invoice and then delete after check-in
