Hello, the room number column should be editable or removable, clients often expect the same room numbers when they come to check-in, which most of the times do not much and we face complaints. This information should not be disclosed to customers before the arrival.

The locked cell for room number is creating many issues as clients expect those room numbers when they check in, it should be customisable or removable

Agreed with Andronikos, we should be able to reinstate a cancelled reservation

Very important to ensure confirmation emails are being sent to clients in case the email address has been taken wrong, to avoid no shows and for the client to ensure all details of their reservation are correct. Also when it comes to disputes with cancellation charges with clients claiming they have never received the confirmation.
