multiple task setting - templates
In a previous system we were able to set up templates for a task which consisted of multiple individual tasks.
For example if a guest had requested an extra bed, reservations would add one task to the booking which in turn triggered the tasks for housekeeping to set up the bed as well as remove it on departure).
This was SO handy as it avoided mistakes and reception / reservations only had to add 1 task.
Of course this works particularly well if you are able to link tasks to a specific event in the reservation like arrival and departure day!

I would like to add to this by having a task created on a ruleset made by each hotel.
Such as..
On day 3 of a stay make task 'Change Soap. Department 'Housekeeping' Task Name 'Change Soap'. Deadline '3rd Day 12am'.A trigger system would allow everyone to customise all functions they need easily and automate a lot of processes.
