    I would like to add to this by having a task created on a ruleset made by each hotel.
    Such as..
    On day 3 of a stay make task 'Change Soap. Department 'Housekeeping' Task Name 'Change Soap'. Deadline '3rd Day 12am'.

    A trigger system would allow everyone to customise all functions they need easily and automate a lot of processes.
