Consumption date for "Once" products
Consumption date of once products is not shown on the Guest in house report. This report is used by the F&B team to determine whether a specific guest has purchased breakfast or not on a particular day. Product report does not show room numbers and therefore cannot be used when guests come to the restaurant.
Please add the consumption date of "Once" products so it can be easily visible on a single report without needing to add notes.
Hi Mewsers!
We are very happy to inform you that we have officially released a new filter in the Guest in house report, that will allow you to view products consumed during the report’s selected interval.
We hope this update will help your teams handle the morning breakfast rush a little easier.
To learn more about the update, please visit our release notes page.

Very important for us! We have to do this manually... We loose time all days..

We always have to add the date manually on the bill, same for parking for example... otherwise difficult to check the bill and justify the charges if the guest says he did not consume that on a specific date...

This is a very important report for us.
For several departments and for all the hotels. -

This report will be very usefull for all our hotels. The F&B will know exactly how many guests they can expect for breakfast or dinner. Beside this we will have a clear overview which guests has breakfast (of dinner) included.
All the PMS systems I have worked with was able to show us those details!! We really need this. -

This is a report which should be usefull for our hotels. We can't use this report now because it is nog giving us the information that we need. It should be possible to just select a day and see exactly how many guest we can expect at our breakast and dinner. It takes too long for all our employees from the F&B and FO department to determine which of the guests we can expect for our breakfast or dinner. Now we need to do everything manually which consumes too much time. Our last PMS was way more clear and told us exactly what we needed. Please fix this!

This report is not workable! We need to have the reporting on the day that a product is consumed! Operationally this report is not working and is giving more hassle and is more time consuming. Learning point from other PMS's like Opera

Please fix this issue. For all our properties this is an absolute must! We are spending too much time on this problem. We are now manually making a breakfast / dinner sheet, which is unbelievable in 2020!!!
Any other PMS has a working breakfast or dinner sheet! -

Please improve the reports for F&B team. Show the date for once products on in house guest report and add possibility to group by category to product report (eg. easily to count totals for breakfast when several breakfast products). Would save a lot of manual work.

1-Breakfast products (breakfast once) are not associated with the day of their stay.
That means that guests that will have breakfast one day will show constantly on the breakfast report daily. Giving an unreal perception of guests-- very annoying. please find a solution for this! :)

This is also a major issue for our hotel in terms of easy reporting for our operations. We do have "once" products for breakfast and weekly stayover cleaning. Our operations need one report showing the product, room number and consumption date.
The issue is that the product report shows the consumption date but not the guest name/room number, and the guest in house report shows the guest name/room number but not the consumption date of the product.
It would therefore save us a lot of time if the consumption date was added to the guest in house report.
Furthermore, it would be a great feature if we could add a product to a reservation where it is possible to change the price and add multiple consumption dates. Let's say a guest would like breakfast 6 out of 7 days. Then you cannot use the Breakfast (every day product). You would instead have to add 6 breakfast (once) products each with a different consumption date. It would be much easier to add one breakfast product and then in a calendar view just tick off the consumption dates. Currently we also have different prices for breakfast, and we cannot change the prices for a product under the specific reservation. As such, we had to create a lot of products as a work around.
I really hope that the product reporting for operations and features will improve in the future.
All the best

The same date should be visible on screen when in billing of guest. Quite often guests ask us to move overnight, dinner or other service of one day to company, while rest is paid privately (or the other way round) We always have to go to dashboard, count which line has to be moved, and then make the changes on invoice. Printed invoice is ok as date is printed.

There is already a possibility add the consumption date when adding the product. Please transfer this info to the Guest in House report as well in order to get more accurate and more easier info for the F&B teams. There is too much info for them on space status report.

the number of breakfast sold per month is very relevant for us.
For now we need to run serveral reports and add them up in an excel report to get relevant key figures. Having a breakfast report, showing numbers of the different breakfast products sold would save lots of time and give relevant data to work with -
